And now Brentford, the other club in the top two in the Championship, take the lead in their game.

Unsurprisingly, it's Ivan Toney who puts the Bees ahead?

The striker flicks in Matias Jensen's free-kick delivery from the left flank at the near post.

That's Toney's 24th goal of the season, and the 100th of his league career.

Todd Kane got a yellow card for the foul on Brentford left-back Rico Henry which presented the visitors with the opportunity.

    Barnsley v Blackburn (19:45 GMT)

    Tony MowbrayImage source, Rex Features

Blackburn boss Tony Mowbray may be feeling the pressure at the minute as his side hover around midtable in the Championship.

Add to that their defeat by Lancashire rivals Preston last Friday and tonight has become a game where his side could do with picking up points.

And in step Barnsley who have won their past two home league matches against Rovers.

Mowbray doesn't have the best record against the Tykes - losing five of his past six visits to Oakwell as a manager.

What was that I was saying about Coventry taking the game to Norwich..?

Well no sooner do I say that, Teemu Pukki - who else? - gets Norwich off the mark.

The Finn picks out the bottom corner after a lovely link up with Emi Buendia and the Championship leaders are on top.

  6. A more even contest this time aroundpublished at 19:29 Greenwich Mean Time 17 February 2021

    Swansea 0-0 Nottm Forest

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Liberty Stadium

Nottingham Forest conceded five on this ground in the FA Cup less than a month ago, so perhaps a fairly cautious approach would be understandable.

Chris Hughton's men have allowed Swansea time on the ball - in their own half at least - in the early stages, and the home side are passing it round nicely.

Forest have looked menacing at times though, and already this contest looks like being far more even than the Swans' 5-1 cup win in January.

In fairness, both sides look rather different in comparison to that game, when both bosses made numerous cup changes.

Are we seeing glimpses of Coventry trying to take this game to the league leaders?

Promotion-chasing Brentford are well on top at the Kiyan Prince Foundation Stadium.

However, the Bees have not been able to make the most of their dominance in the first quarter of the game.

  10. Henry in frame for Cherries jobpublished at 19:20 Greenwich Mean Time 17 February 2021

    Bournemouth v Rotherham (20:15 GMT)

The late Championship game comes at the Vitality Stadium.

Bournemouth are looking for a permanent manager after sacking Jason Tindall a fortnight ago.

Thierry Henry is on the shortlist to become the new boss of Championship club Bournemouth.

The former Arsenal and France striker is currently in charge of MLS side CF Montreal. Ex-Huddersfield and Schalke boss David Wagner is also being considered.

In the meantime, Jonathan Woodgate takes charge of the Cherries for a third time, with lowly Rotherham the visitors tonight.

Nottingham Forest get the first chance in this game and you get the sense that an early goal will do their cause a lot of good given how impressive Swansea have been this season.

The visitors win a corner after good work from Lewis Grabban but the Swans deal with it.

At the other end, Yuri Ribeiro clears away after Conor Hourihane tries to get a cross into the box.

Birmingham concede following a mistake from San JoseImage source, Getty Images

    Talk about a fast start.

Millwall take the lead at The Den through Jed Wallace's seventh goal of the campaign.

The winger capitalises on an under-hit back-pass from Mikel San Jose and pokes the ball past the onrushing Neil Etheridge.

A terrible opening for the Blues, who are on a wretched run.

What a calamitous mistake that is for Birmingham City. It was an awful mistake from someone as experienced as San Jose.
