  1. Post update

    Ukraine 0-0 Northern Ireland

    What. A. Save.

Zubkov is just about onside and he tees up Yarmolenko, however Bailey Peacock-Farrell is up to the task and pulls off a brilliant stop to keep the hosts out.

  2. Post update

    Ukraine 0-0 Northern Ireland

The 15,000 home supporters are making some racket in Dnipro. We don't have a clue what they are saying but it's great to hear.

  3. Post update

    Ukraine 0-0 Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland started quickly against Malta but it's the hosts who nearly open the scoring this time around.

West Ham's Andriy Yarmolenko shoots just wide from inside the area.

  4. KICK-OFF

    Ukraine v Northern Ireland

Both sides are wearing their away kits....

    It's best we don't comment.

  5. That night in Lyon...

Ukraine v Northern Ireland (19:00 BST)

It's fair to say things have changed from that famous night at Euro 2016 when Gareth McAuley and Niall McGinn fired Northern Ireland to a famous victory over Ukraine in Lyon.

A few of the senior players have been rested by Ian Baraclough which means Stuart Dallas, who has probably not stopped running from that game in France, is the sole survivor from the Ukraine game.

NI XI that night: McGovern, Hughes, McAuley, Cathcart, J Evans, Ward, C Evans, Davis, Norwood, Dallas, Washington.

  6. 'NI need to be more clinical'

Ukraine v Northern Ireland (19:00 BST)

Ian Baraclough finally picked up his first win as Northern Ireland boss inside 90 minutes against Malta on Sunday and he has called for more of the same against Ukraine.

"We could have won by more goals against Malta and it's something we have worked on - being more positive in our play, getting forward and creating openings," said Baraclough.

"What has been missing previously is finishing the moves off but I thought the lads were clinical in their play the majority of the time. Winning gives everyone a lift but there is more to work on.

"We are trying to get used to certain things, getting players to work in and understand certain systems.

"For me, it's about everyone coming from this trip having learnt something, having gained some experience from it and having enjoyed it."

  7. Team news

Ukraine v Northern Ireland (19:00 BST)

Northern Ireland manager Ian Baraclough has largely trusted the players who eased past Malta on Sunday.

He's made three chances, with Dan Ballard coming straight into the side from Blackpool's promotion party on Sunday. George Saville and Shane Ferguson also start, with Jordan Thompson, and Sunday's goalscorers Gavin Whyte and Jordan Jones dropping out.

Northern Ireland: Peacock-Farrell, Brown, Cathcart, Ballard, Dallas, McNair, Saville, Ferguson, McCann, McGinn, Magennis.

  8. And now for Northern Ireland

    Ukraine v Northern Ireland

Will wins be like buses for Ian Baraclough? The Northern Ireland manager is certainly hoping so.

After securing his first victory during 90 minutes with a comfortable 3-0 win over Malta on Sunday, Baraclough's Northern Ireland return to friendly action in Dnipro against their old friends Ukraine, who themselves are preparing for this summer's Euros.

It's a fixture that will never not make NI supporters think of that special, special night in Lyon at the 2016 Euros, but another win tonight would also serve as a major boost to Baraclough.

He has vital World Cup qualifiers coming up at the start of September and will be determined to send his players off on their summer holidays in a positive frame of mind.

  9. FULL-TIME

    Andorra 1-4 Republic of Ireland

Well, the Republic certainly made hard work of that but it's Stephen Kenny's first win as boss at the 12th time of asking.

They were given a huge scare when Vales headed home the opener but Troy Parrott, who dragged the Republic out of trouble, Jason Knight and Daryl Horgan eventually secured the win.

It's a big victory but the majority of the game offered more questions than answers.

Next up it's Hungary on Tuesday. Can Kenny make it back-to-back wins?

  10. GOAL

    Andorra 1-4 Republic of Ireland

Daryl Horgan makes it four and adds some gloss to the scoreline.

It's another cross into the six-yard box, this time by Knight, and Horgan is on hand to head home and end the game on a high!

  11. GOAL

    Andorra 1-3 Republic of Ireland

Jason Knight pokes home his first international goal!

Horgan plays in a brilliant cross right in front of the keeper and Knight nips in to put this one beyond doubt.

With six minutes to go that is bound to be enough for Kenny to pick up his first win as boss.

  12. Post update

    Andorra 1-2 Republic of Ireland

Nine minutes to go, and if it stays like this Stephen Kenny will owe Troy Parrott a very large beverage of his choosing.

The striker, who has saved the Republic big time tonight, is replaced by St Mirren's debutant Jamie McGrath.

  13. Post update

    Andorra 1-2 Republic of Ireland

Ildefons Lima, at the tender age of 41, comes on for the hosts.

He made his international debut in June 1997 and he even scored against the Republic in a World Cup qualifier in 2001. It would be some story if he repeats that feat in the final 15 minutes.

  14. Post update

    Andorra 1-2 Republic of Ireland

Adam Idah, fresh from winning promotion to the Premier League with Norwich City, comes on for James Collins.

He joins Parrott up front, which gives a good glimpse into the Republic's attacking future.

Daryl Horgan replaces Ronan Curtis, who really should have buried his earlier chance.

  15. GOAL

    Andorra 1-2 Republic of Ireland

Troy Parrott has rescued this for the Republic!

It's that man again as he heads home Conor Hourihane's excellent cross from eight yards to complete a quick turnaround.

Alvarez really should have kept it out but Stephen Kenny will take whatever comes his way at this stage.

  16. CLOSE!

    Andorra 1-1 Republic of Ireland

Ronan Curtis misses a sitter! Parrott is involved again as he picks the Portsmouth man out in the middle.

He hesitates before trying to tap the ball home from three yards but Iker Alvarez is back to put him off with the goal gaping. It should be 2-1.

  17. GOAL

    Andorra 1-1 Republic of Ireland

Troy Parrott fires the Republic level on 58 minutes!

The striker gets bored of waiting for service from his team-mates and goes on a solo run across the edge of the area before picking his spot.

It's a well-taken finish into the bottom corner and an really, really important time to get his first international goal!

  18. Post update

    Andorra 1-0 Republic of Ireland

Just a reminder that Andorra are 158th in the world and have only won seven matches in 25 years. Yikes.

  19. GOAL

    Andorra 1-0 Republic of Ireland

OH MY WORD! ANDORRA HAVE SCORED!

    I REPEAT! ANDORRA HAVE SCORED!

Andorra send a long free-kick into the area and the unmarked Marc Vales heads home on 52 minutes.

It's a good header as it looped into the net but he had so much time to pick his spot.

  20. Post update

    Andorra 0-0 Republic of Ireland

Troy Parrott goes down in the area after cutting back on his left foot but the referee waves any half-hearted appeals.
