Out has gone Aitor Karanka after just two wins from their past 12 games and in has come former midfielder and League Cup-winner Lee Bowyer.
Bowyer left his job at Charlton Athletic on Monday to return to another one of his former clubs and this evening his tenure as Blues boss begins with a visit from play-off chasing Reading.
The hosts are just three points above the bottom three while Reading can strengthen their fifth place with a win that would also move them closer to Brentford and Swansea after Tuesday night's results.
Nottingham Forest 0-2 Norwich City
Jordan Smith stands in the way yet again of Norwich making it 3-0 in quick time.
Kenny McLean denied after being played in one-on-one by Todd Cantwell's clever back heel but Smith races off his line to make the block with his body.

Another lightning-fast attacking move from Norwich carves the Forest defence open.
Brilliant, slick, one-touch passing sets Teemu Pukki on his way towards goal again but this time Jordan Smith comes off his line in time to narrow the angle and force his effort into the side-netting.

QPR 0-1 Millwall
Millwall have taken their foot of the gas after their opener - it's QPR who are looking the likelier side to get the next goal as we approach the 30-minute mark.
Mahlon Romeo was brought down by Lee Wallace and the visitors were awarded a free kick in a dangerous position, but Scott Malone's delivery doesn't cause Seny Dieng any issues.

Barnsley continue to have the better of the chances in this one.
Dominik Frieser has a low shot well saved by David Stockdale but at the other end, Wycombe come close themselves to breaking the deadlock as Jason McCarthy heads a corner to the back post narrowly wide.
QPR 0-1 Millwall
QPR are really knocking on the door now after going behind.
Rob Dickie just connected with a long throw from Lyndon Dykes but his header is brilliantly blocked by Bartosz Bialkowski.
