Barcelona are aiming to reach the semi-finals for the fourth time in five seasons.

Asisat Oshoala has given them a valuable 'home' lead at the break. But it probably should have been more were it not for Manchester City goalkeeper Ellie Roebuck.

Barcelona had 12 shots in that half, including five on target. City with just the one, although they also had that disallowed goal via Sam Mewis.

Brilliant play from Lucy Bronze to evade two challengers before setting Chloe Kelly on her way.

Kelly has no support though and she's pushed into the corner before conceding possession. And that's the half time whistle now too!

One minute added on to the first half.

Alex Greenwood swings an inch-perfect free-kick in from the left and Sam Mewis connects with it first time, rolling it into the bottom right corner.

It's ruled out immediately for offside. But that was much better from City.

City look like they're playing 'hot potato' with the ball. Still struggling to keep possession and they're giving it away so cheaply.

Another smart save from the keeper, who reads the pass through to Caroline Graham Hansen and comes charging off her line to slide in to make the block.

Caroline Weir lays it off to Lauren Hemp on the left. She waits for the run of Ellen White then threads it through.

She's one-on-one with the keeper but the whistle goes for offside as the keeper makes the block.

City definitely look a threat when they get in the final third. It's just getting there at the moment...

An immediate response from City.

Chloe Kelly takes advantage of space down the right and links up with Lucy Bronze.

She curls it into the six-yard area but Sam Mewis can't get a head on it.

Caroline Graham Hansen makes another dangerous run down the right but her cut-back is intercepted by Sam Mewis.

Ellie Roebuck then sends it long for City, Lauren Hemp lays it off to Ellen White and she fires it wide and over. Decent chance!

Keira Walsh gives it away this time!

Mariona Caldentey feeds it into Asisat Oshoala. It comes back to Caldentey, she chips it into the middle and Alexia Putellas is free in the box.

Her header is straight at Ellie Roebuck.

Half an hour gone. Just the one shot on target from City - Caroline Weir's diving header.

City are sloppy in possession, again and it's picked up by Alexia Putellas just outside the box.

She forces another smart save from Ellie Roebuck.

City have woken up!

Lauren Hemp gets in behind on the far side but her cross comes at Chloe Kelly too fast and she can only head it over the bar.

First bit of space for Lucy Bronze on the right. She lays it off to Chloe Kelly, who feeds it through to Sam Mewis.

It's a nice run from Mewis and she lifts it into the box where Caroline Weir is running onto it.

Weir's diving header lacks power but that was decent from City.

Ellie Roebuck is being kept busy... Esme Morgan and Alex Greenwood are struggling to deal with Caroline Graham Hansen.

Barcelona have definitely been the stronger team. They are starting to dominate possession now.

Once again, they get in behind down that right side and it's cut back to Aitana Bonmati in the centre. She hits it first time and Ellie Roebuck pulls off an impressive save with her right hand.

City are looking shaky at the back.

Caroline Graham Hansen is at the heart of it again - dancing past players in the box before cutting it back into a dangerous position in the middle.

The shot is blocked eventually before it's frantically hooked away.
