Speaking to BBC Scotland Inverness Caley Thistle interim manager Neil McCann: "The boys have been doing this the last few weeks. I think that's as good a team performance as you're going to see. It needed to be against a Premiership side. The character they've shown in the last wee while was evident to go again."

"Our shape was brilliant tonight and we scored two great goals. I'm so proud of the club and for the fans who can't be here tonight. You can definitely see the belief is growing in the group"

"I'm not going to get carried away. All the boys and the fans get to enjoy this tonight but we've got to prepare for what is a massive game against Greenock on Tuesday night.

How on earth Ross County have Ross County not pulled one back?

The ball is pinged around the six yard box with just about every County forward having a go at finding the net.

The Caley Thistle defence holds strong.

    Shane Sutherland

    Game, set and match.

It's poor defending from Ross County as they allow the ball to drop into their box before it just sits up for Shane Sutherland.

He makes no mistake hitting an early shot which catches out Ross Laidlaw.
