Great stuff from Bournemouth, who make an immediate impact following the restart.

Television replays show Sam Surridge was indeed onside prior to his goal. But it was close.

Norwich, on the other hand, look frustrated. Bournemouth are in the ascendancy.

We're back under way and Bournemouth have one a change.

Jefferson Lerma has come off with Sam Surridge coming on for the visitors.

Having watched the red card incident again, it's a difficult one.

It's a reckless challenge from Ben Pearson who goes in two footed on Dimitrios Giannoulis but Giannoulis does get a foot in on Pearson.

It's the incident that's overshadowed Emi Buendia's stunning goal but an exciting 45 minutes is on its way.

A busy first half!

A stunning opening goal. A controversial sending off. A disallowed equaliser.

Promoted Norwich aren't letting their day be spoiled by Bournemouth so far.

Norwich holding firm despite playing with 10 players.

Bournemouth passing the ball around well enough, but still can't find a way through the Canaries' back line.

Five minutes added on to the first half.

Five minutes for Bournemouth to finally make their pressure count.

Blimey. Grant Hanley is about to be substituted off for Alexander Tettey but, just as the board goes up, he flags that he's okay to continue.

The substitution is scrapped and play continues.

Grant Hanley is down having blocked a Bournemouth attack on goal.

He receives treatment but is brought to his feet as he nervously walks to the sidelines.

This half isn't going to plan for Norwich.

If you're just joining us, Norwich lead thanks to Emi Buendia's splendid early goal but the hosts have had Dimitrios Giannoulis sent off.

Bournemouth are yet to make their man advantage count but have threatened a number of times since the sending off.

The Cherries win a corner which the hosts do well to clear.

Jefferson Lerma goes into the book for a succession of fouls.

Sort of a scrappy opening half, this. It's calmed down somewhat now as we approach half-time.

Bournemouth patiently work the ball back into the Norwich box and Arnaut Danjuma whips a ball in towards the near post.

Dominic Solanke gets onto it and almost turns home at an acute angle.

Norwich break on the counter after a poor Bournemouth corner and look to capitalise.

However, Todd Cantwell lets fly from outside the box and fires high and wide of the mark.

Ben Pearson is down again, this time from an off-the-ball incident with Kenny McLean.

No two ways about it, there's nothing in it, and Norwich are furious.

The hosts make their first change of the night as Kieran Dowell is withdrawn for Jacob Sorensen.

25 minutes gone and a lot could happen, here.

Bournemouth have the ball in the net but it's flagged for offside.

Jefferson Lerma puts in a tremendous through ball towards Arnaut Danjuma who seemingly turns the ball home but Dominic Solanke, who's in an offside position, gets a touch onto it as it goes in.

A shame as that was a lovely free-flowing move which had Norwich caught out.

Ben Pearson is seen to and eventually is cleared to play on, but he did look in a fair bit of discomfort at first.

Game on, then. Ten-man Norwich might have their work cut out now having coasted the first 15 minutes or so.

Wow, Norwich reduced to 10 men as Dimitrios Giannoulis is sent off, and it's an odd one.

Ben Pearson goes in for the challenge on Giannoulis and writhes around in agony straight afterwards.

Replays show Giannoulis may have put a foot in on his leg in the process of Pearson making the challenge, but personally I'm not sure if it's a red.

In the 28 games in which they have scored first this season, Norwich have never lost.

Lloyd Kelly picks up the ball on the left wing and puts a cross into the Norwich box which none of his Bournemouth team-mates can get onto.

The visitors keep it alive and feed Philip Billing, whose shot is blocked inside the box.
