The big team news sees Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen make his first appearance of the season following knee injury.
Three of the back four change from the 1-1 draw with Athletic Bilbao, partially because Eric Gacia suspended and Gerard Pique injured.
There are five changes from that game in total - with Pedri given a holiday after over a year of non-stop football.
One of the players to come in is Brazilian right-back Emerson Royal, who is being strongly linked to Tottenham Hotspur.
Philippe Coutinho is on the bench after a bad injury. He has not played since December 2020.
There are two former Barcelona players in the Getafe team - Sandro and most notably Carles Alena, who made the move from the Nou Camp this summer.

Barcelona boss Ronald Koeman says he has to "accept" his financially stricken side cannot compete for big-money signings.
£100m Jack Grealish or £97.5m Romelu Lukaku or Cristiano Ronaldo's reported £480,000 a week at Manchester United are all beyond Barcelona.
Real Madrid are trying to buy Kylian Mbappe for £137m.
Koeman said: "These figures are absurd, we're in a world where everyone has had financial problems lately so it's crazy to pay so much given the situation.
"If Madrid have the money to spend on him... he's one of the best players in the world and I'd also like to have Mbappe in my team.
"It's frustrating but you also have to be realistic and the club cannot compete financially with clubs like PSG, City or United. That's the way it is and we have to accept it."
