Rangers make one alteration from the side that started the 2-1 win against Hibernian before the international break: captain James Tavernier replacing Nathan Patterson at right-back.

Kemar Roofe was in transit back from international duty as recently as Friday and is on the bench.

Hearts, who are unbeaten in the league, also make just a solitary change with John Souttar coming into defence and Taylor Moore dropping out.
