Take a bow Plymouth manager Ryan Lowe.

He took off striker Luke Jephcott shortly after going behind and brought on Swansea City loanee Jordan Garrick.

A couple of minutes later Garrick breaks into the box, pulls it back to Danny Mayor and Argyle's midfield creator thumps it into the net.

A nightmare for Plymouth Argyle goalkeeper Michael Cooper as Will Keane has a simple tap-in to put the visitors ahead.

James McClean broke into the area and Cooper dived at his feet and appeared to gather the ball.

But it squirmed out, McClean picked it up by the byline and pulled it back to Keane.

It's kicked Argyle into action action with Panutche Camara and Conor Grant both having efforts blocked inside the Wigan area.

    Swansea 1-2 Reading

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

Just when I was muttering something about defences improving, Andy Carroll gets the better of a tight offside call to score his first goal for Reading.

The shot took a deflection before finding the bottom corner, but it was Carroll's superb first touch which created the chance.

That's Carroll's first goal for Reading and his first since he scored for Newcastle on 3 January.

It is also just his third goal for anybody in the last four seasons.

Leaders Rotherham are still level at 0-0 with Oxford and it’s the same scoreline in the big game between Plymouth and Wigan.

Things have calmed down a little at the Swansea.com Stadium after some questionable defending made for an entertaining start.

Swansea went ahead after three minutes when Jamie Paterson wandered into a wide open space at the heart of the Reading defence.

Seconds later, Swansea's rearguard parted and Tom Dele-Bashiru took advantage to make it 1-1.

The respective defences have now got going after that wobbly start at both ends - although Reading needed the offside flag to save them after Joel Piroe tapped in a moment ago.

Jamille Matt knows where the goal is. Forest Green played fantastic football last season and were unlucky not to go up.

They're running away with things this season and you're wondering if anyone can stop the 'Green submarine'.
