Early games under way
A couple of matches have already started.
League One Doncaster are 1-0 up at League Two's bottom side Scunthorpe. That was a 13:00 GMT kick-off so not long to go there.
In an all-League One battle, Cheltenham and Gillingham kicked-off at 14:00 GMT and the Gloucestershire side are a goal to the good at half-time.

Getting into the cup spirit
Leyton Orient v Ebbsfleet
Fans all over the country are hoping to see their team embark upon a memorable FA Cup run today and actor Daniel Mays is among them!
His beloved Leyton Orient will be looking to avoid an early exit when they take on sixth-tier Ebbsfleet.
We'll be keeping you across all of the action here this afternoon and will of course have a particular focus on some potential upsets.
There are several teams from the seventh-tier in action against opponents further up the pyramid and one of those is Yate Town.
It is only the second time in the Bluebells' 114-year history that they have gone beyond the FA Cup's preliminary rounds, having also reached the first round in 2012.
They take on Yeovil today having despatched Dorchester, Gosport Borough, Redhill and Dover in the previous stages. The contest has also thrown up the rather interesting stat below.
Gary Hayward and Mark Ward left on Tuesday despite the club being third in the Northern Premier League and having a 20-game unbeaten start to the season.
Ward posted on Twitter that he would have missed Buxton's tie against York City because of a holiday, which had been put back because of Covid-19.
He said the holiday had been postponed "a number of times" and to not go now would have resulted in his family losing "a lot of money".
Ward added: "By doing this and choosing to go away, the chairman feels he has no other choice but to sack me."
Essex-based side Bowers & Pitsea head to League One opposition Lincoln City for a historical FA Cup tie. They beat Hornchurch in a replay to secure their spot in the first round for the first time ever.
Harrow Borough will arrive at Portsmouth on a run of 13 wins in their last 15 games - they'll need to find some decent form to beat the League One side, who won the Cup in 2008.
Yate Town will take on Yeovil Town in a bit of a west-country derby - it wasn't that long ago that Yeovil were playing their football in the Championship (2013) but their 16-year stay in the football league came to an end in 2019, so Yate could fancy their chances here.
Banbury United will take on League Two's Barrow in the day's late kick-off (17:15 GMT) in front of a sell-out crowd at the Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium.

Buxton, who are featuring in their first FA Cup first round for 59 years, may fancy their chances against sixth-tier York City, despite having changed their manager earlier this week.
Horsham face a trek up north to Carlisle United having already played seven games to qualify for the first round. Their qualifying rounds one, two and three all went to a replay before a last minute goal against Woking in the fourth qualifying round put them into the draw. Long old slog.
West London based Hayes & Yeading, who will play host to Sutton United, will be hoping to make it third time lucky and qualify for the second round of the FA Cup after losing out to Oxford United in 2019 and coming agonisingly close last year after taking Carlisle United to penalties.

League One and Two sides may be entering at this stage but for many teams, they have already come through several qualifying rounds to get here.
As well as memorable victories on the field, getting to this stage also sees the prize money ramp up significantly, with today's winners adding £22,629 to their coffers.
That's extremely welcome money for many teams who have felt the financial effects of Covid-19.

The first round action got underway yesterday but the potential for an early shock quickly dissipated in the chilly November air.
Brendan Wiredu, Freddie Sears, Sylvester Jasper and Shawn McCoulsky were all on target as Colchester eased to victory.
They are the first team in the hat for Monday's second round draw and together we'll find out which 39 others will join them over the weekend.
