It's quiet at the Bernabeu and not just because sections of the stands are still closed. Sevilla are still dictating, Real Madrid pinned back in their own half.

As I say that Gonzalo Montiel loses the ball and gets a booking for cynically stopping an chance of a counter.

It has been Sevilla on the front foot since the break. They've had a couple of shots from distance but no clear openings from their possession.

Is it just me or is Sevilla's away kit is very 2012-13 Southampton?

If this score stays the same Real Madrid will stay top while Sevilla will jumped to second, just one point behind. Only two points would separate the top four.

This has been a really watchable game of football. Ferland Mendy does well for Real Madrid down the left, teeing up Marco Asensio. The Spaniard takes on the shot first time from the edge of the box but fires over with his left foot.

There'll be an extra three minutes at the end of the first half.

Sevilla have settled after conceding that goal now. They've been the better side in this half.

It was David Alaba with the tackle. He waved a leg and made contact as Ocampos went around him but maybe not enough for a penalty to be given.

Risky stuff though.

After a stepover Lucas Ocampos goes down in the box.

The ref waves away passionate Sevilla appeals. I want another look at that.

It's a whole different game now. Sevilla are looking shaky at the back.

Sevilla comes within inches of a second! Having taken the opportunity to ping the ball around themselves, Lucas Ocampos curls an effort from 25 yards. It comes crashing back off the crossbar with Courtois well beaten.

Better from Real Madrid who stroke the ball around with greater urgency. It ends with Vinicius Junior stabbing a shot on goal from 12 yards but Yassine Bounou gets down to save comfortably.

Toni Kroos fires one over from 25 yards with his left boot. Sevilla shouldn't mind their hosts being forced to shoot from that kind of range.

Not just one raised eyebrow on the Real Madrid bench but two. It has been a difficult start for Carlo's men.
