Cole Stockton has his first big chance since putting Morecambe ahead in the first half but his powerful low shot is excellently parried away by Buxton keeper Theo Richardson.

Richardson has hardly put a foot wrong for the minnows.

Let's remember that Buxton are the lowest-ranked side left in the FA Cup, and this is the first time they've reached the second round since 1958-59.

They're competing so well but are yet to create that one big opportunity.

The loss of Diego de Girolamo to injury is clearly a huge blow - we all saw how long they kept the Italian on in the hope he'd run it off.

Buxton manage to string a few passes together but substitute Ash Chambers' shot lacks any power and is easily collected by Kyle Letheren.

It's great credit to Buxton that we've not been able to tell there's four divisions between the two teams. They've been passing the ball around nicely and have matched Morecambe.
