    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

Burkina Faso's Dango Ouattara just can't get control of a lofted ball over the Tunisia defence. It would've been a great take if he'd got there, but instead the ball is in the hands of Tunisia goalkeeper Bechir Ben Said.

  2. GREAT SAVE!published at 28 mins

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

Burkina Faso are very happy that goalkeeper Herve Koffi is still able to be on the pitch after that early injury scare as he's just pulled off a great save to acrobatically tip over a beautifully struck 30-yard free-kick from Wahbi Khazri.

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

Great skill from Burkina Faso's Cyrille Bayala, who drops a shoulder and goes to sprint past his marker, but he tries to fire it in at the near post and can only hit the legs of Tunisia goalkeeper Bechir Ben Said.

That's our first attempt on target from either side, but going across goal may have been the better option there.

Sulaimon Adelekan: I am fully supporting Burkina Faso because Tunisia knocked out my darling Super Eagles of Nigeria and Traore of Aston Villa.

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

A chance for Burkina Faso and it falls to Adama Guira. He plays for Spanish fourth-tier side Racing Rioja and had a real opportunity to make a name for himself, but rather snatches at the shot, doesn't catch it cleanly and it is easy for Tunisia goalkeeper Bechir Ben Said.

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

Bad news for Burkina Faso as goalkeeper Herve Koffi, the backflipping hero of their penalty shootout win against Gabon, again needs treatment on that injury, when he dived at the feet of Youssef Msakni.

He's OK to continue, for now, but one of the back-up goalkeepers may be needed soon.

  7. Postpublished at 13 mins

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

The aforementioned Issa Kabore shows brilliant pace down the right flank and just about gets the cross in before he runs out of pitch, but Tunisia manage to clear.

Burkina Faso again attack down the right wing moments later but this time Dango Ouattara's cross can not be converted.

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

For those who like your old school 1-11 selections, you won't be too happy to hear that Burkina Faso have number two Djibril Ouattara playing in the centre forward position, while Issa Kabore, with nine on his shirt, is the right back.

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

The first chance of the game for Tunisia. Wahbi Khazri spins and crosses close to the byeline, and Youssef Msakni, coming in at pace, almost manages to gather it.

However, the first touch is not the best and the ball bounces off his legs, giving the chance for Burkina Faso keeper Herve Koffi to bravely dive at Msakni's feet.

It's good goalkeeping from Koffi, who gets a knee in the top of the thigh, for this troubles, but is OK to continue.

    Burkina Faso 0-0 Tunisia

Burkina Faso win an early corner, they play it short and that catches out the Tunisia defence.

It comes to 19-year-old Dango Ouattara and he is able to spin from a tight angle and lashes the ball across the face of goal. But it's too high to find a team-mate and Tunisia survive.

    Burkina Faso v Tunisia

Burkina Faso booked their last-eight spot with a 7-6 penalty shootout win over 10-man Gabon after it had ended 1-1 after 120 minutes.

In the last-16 Tunisia defeated Nigeria 1-0, who had Everton’s Alex Iwobi sent off in the 64th minute - just seven minutes after coming on as a substitute.

Tunisia were ahead at the time of the red card, thanks to a goal from Youssef Msakni, with the ball squirming through Nigeria goalkeeper Maduka Okoye’s grasp.
