You can possibly bring Tammy Abraham and whether he's going to get some minutes. Possibly take off Harry Kane. It's a difficult one to gauge on what Gareth Southgate might be thinking and who he needs to change.

Wilfried Gnonto, 18, is Italy's youngest ever goalscorer and has yet to play for Leeds after joining them from FC Zurich late in the transfer window.

Double change for Italy. Leeds striker Wilfried Gnonto replaces West Ham's Gianluca Scamacca - and Tommaso Pobega is on for Nicolo Barella.

Neither team has been fluid at all. I can't really say what is England's game plan is in possession and what we are trying to achieve and nor Italy either. Both teams are looking a little bit out of source.

England midfielder Jude Bellingham needs treatment after landing awkwardly in a challenge with Nicolo Barella.

There is a VAR check to see if Barella committed a foul, by getting under the England teenager in the air but the decision is no.

And Bellingham is OK to continue.

Germany have had 81% possession over the opening 15 minutes of the second half.

That gives you an idea of the domination they are having.

Ooooh almost a chance for England. Harry Kane puts in an excellent pass which Rafael Toloi nudges wide (almost an own goal) before Bukayo Saka can get there at the back post.

It's not just at Wembley where the paper aeroplanes are thrown in at attempt to reach the pitch when a game isn't offering much. The crowd are doing it here too!

Another Germany chance.

Leroy Sane and Thomas Muller combine and the ball breaks for Timo Werner but his effort is weak and straight into the hands of Peter Gulacsi.

Italy midfielder Nicolo Barella is probably thankful to see the offside flag go up as he slides wide a chance from 10 yards out. It was a lovely move by Italy to cut through the England lines.

Harry Kane walks back on, before he's been given permission. A fourth official is still in talks with the England medical staff.

Kane is allowed back on eventually and play goes on.

Germany made a change at half time with Thilo Kehrer replacing Serge Gnabry. They have much better at the start of this half.

They think they are level as Thomas Muller volleys home from the edge of the area, after a nod back from Timo Werner, but the flag goes up for offside.

England aren't happy that Harry Kane hasn't been allowed to come back on yet. Not sure what's going on there.

Harry Kane has the usual medical checks of the neck and the eyes etc following a head injury and cleans some blood away from his mouth, and he can continue.

Phil Foden wasn't happy that Harry Kane didn't square the ball to him when England were attacking. He walked to the advertising board with his arms in the air in frustration.

It looks like Harry Kane and Rafael Toloi had a clash of heads there. Nasty for Kane, who stays down, but it was fair play by both. No foul.

Better from Germany.

Current Manchester City captain Ilkay Gundogan combines with former Blues winger Leroy Sane, who gets in behind, but his effort is well turned away by the feet of Peter Gulacsi.
