I think Wigan have done well. Stephen Humphrys has been a constant threat every time he's had the ball.

Rotherham got no divine right to be the best side at home every game.

Rotherham concede for the first time in seven games and what a strike it was too from Stephen Humphrys to separate these two sides at the interval.

An intense first 45 minutes between the top two. Let's hope for more of the same after the break.

Break in play for a few moments as Stephen Humphrys hobbles around a bit after a stiff challenge.

Rotherham hand the ball back to Wigan sportingly as play resumes.

Shane Ferguson fizzes it to the near post for Rotherham but Wigan scramble it behind for another and then another.

Rotherham cranking up the pressure now but finally the visitors clear their lines.

Not to be for Rotherham as Wigan head that free-kick clear but then Stephen Humphrys once again drives forward through the middle on the counter for the Latics.

Nearly skips past the last man before Rotherham scramble to disposess the goalscorer.

Plenty of noise coming from the travelling Wigan support after that Stephen Humphrys goal.

Wigan have certainly come here and done the job their boss Leam Richardson would've demanded from them so far.

Remember Wigan started the evening six points behind Rotherham but with two games in hand. Could be huge if they hang on to this scoreline.

Rotherham look to strike back immediately with an inswinging free-kick but Ben Amos comes out to punch it clear and is fouled in the process.

It's an unbelievable finish, I don't think any goalkeeper would've saved it.

I was watching Stephen Humphrys doing shooting drills in the warm-up and he didn't miss one then either!

Rotherham goalkeeper Josh Vickers is awarded a free-kick as he spills a long throw-in from Max Power.

Didn't seem to be too much of an infringement there from a Wigan player but Jeremy Simpson thought otherwise.

Nervy moment for the Millers keeper.

Real frantic play from both sides in this one as they both try to drive through the middle of the park in possession.

Neither side wanting to give an inch in this battle of the two. Engrossing.

James McClean is penalised for trying to win a 50/50 ball on the halfway line as he had a foot up on Michael Ihiekwe.

Nothing malicious there from the Wigan wing-back who actually tried as best he could to avoid a collision.

Wigan again looking threatening coming forward but the final ball just evading them.

Max Power tries a bit too quickly to shift the ball on to Stephen Humphrys, who can't set his feet right on the edge of the box to get a shot away.

Meanwhile at the other end, Curtis Tilt once more draws a foul out of Michael Smith.

Rotherham manager Paul Warne with the right idea this evening in that big wooly hat.

He's also sipping on a cup of something hot on the touchline.

It's been frantic stuff so far from these two but neither has really managed to carve out a goalscoring chance as yet.

Callum Lang almost once again weaves his way through the Rotherham defence but the Millers eventually deal with him as he reaches the six-yard box.

At the other end, Freddie Ladapo concedes a free-kick on Curtis Tilt as he tries to be a bit too physical in the challenge.

Shane Ferguson tries to whip in a left-footed inswinger from that free-kick, but he's caught too much of it and it sails rapidly high and wide of Ben Amos' goal.
