    St Johnstone manager Callum Davidson tells BBC Scotland: “First half was really disappointing, I asked them to do certain things and for the first 30 or 40 minutes, they wouldn’t do any of it.

    “Second half, we started to do those things and put them under a bit of pressure, but ultimately if you lose a goal as bad as that you don't deserve to go through.

    “I’m really annoyed, that’s probably the best word to say, we gave them an opportunity to get a foothold in the game.

    “I think we’re just lacking that confidence at the moment in front of goal. We all know that.”

    "We wanted to have a go, we played with three strikers and an attacking midfielder too.

    "We knew it would be a difficult game and we had the utmost respect for them. They’re a good full-time team, three divisions above us but at the same time, everybody will know me, if I’m in it, I want to try and win it.

    "To a man, I have to say the boys were unbelievable. I’m proud of them, proud of the town, proud of all the supporters that got behind us and I’m over the moon."
