It was a lovely build-up, with Jule Brand playing in Maximiliane Rall on the right. She linked up with Lea Schuller and her cross put it on a plate for Lina Magull.

But Spain goalkeeper Sandra Panos was sharp off her line to close down Magull and she made a crucial save from close range.
