In case you missed any of Saturday's action in the Championship, here's a quick recap....

Leaders Fulham had to battle their way to a 1-1 draw at relegation-threatened Barnsley while Bournemouth had less trouble seeing off under-threat Derby County with a 2-0 win to hold on to second place.

Blackburn's charge for the top two stuttered once again as they were beaten at home by Bristol City while Sheffield United saw their unbeaten run ended by Coventry City.

Peterborough collected a brave 2-2 draw at the bottom against play-off chasing Stoke while Nottingham Forest enhanced their own play-off ambitions while also adding to Reading's relegation fears with a thumping 4-0 win.

You can reports on all of the weekend's action so far right here.

  3. HALF-TIMEpublished at 12:52 Greenwich Mean Time 13 March 2022

    Luton Town 1-0 QPR

Luton lead at the end of a half they have dominated, through Cameron Jerome's opener on 37 minutes.

The home side thought they had taken the lead through Elijah Adebayo when he rolled the ball neatly past QPR keeper David Marshall but the in-form forward was denied by the linesman's flag in what was a very marginal call.

Marshall was then at fault for Jerome's goal as he failed to keep out the long-range effort. Big suspicions of handball from Jordan Clark in the build-up.

Luton pushed for a second goal late in the half in which they lost Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu to injury.

Players clashed on the half-time whistle as QPR's Ilias Chair reacted to a challenge as the whistle blew, appearing to raise his hand to his opponent's face, and he's probably happy to only receive a yellow card.

Luton are worthy of their lead and QPR will need to find a way of limiting their opponents' control of the ball if they are to get back in this match.

    Luton Town 1-0 QPR

The visiting fans scream for a penalty as Jeff Hendrick goes down dramatically on the edge of the Luton box. Nothing doing for the referee, any contact looked pretty minimal.

  5. INJURY TIMEpublished at 45 mins

    Luton Town 1-0 QPR

We get our first real glimpse of Ilias Chair as he darts past a couple of Luton players and whips the ball into the Luton box. His cross is headed out to Stefan Johansen but his shot is blocked.

Four minutes added on to the end of the first half.

    Luton Town 1-0 QPR

Luton have really got the wind in their sails now and are looking for the second goal to take in at the break.

It's backs to the wall for QPR as they get two vital blocks in to deny Jordan Clark's shot and follow-up.

The Hoops look like they need half-time to regroup.

    Cameron Jerome (37 mins)

Well if the disallowed goal was controversial then this one definitely was. The ball is whipped into the box from the right and appears to hit Jordan Clark on the arm as he brings it down.

But play continues and Cameron Jerome tries his luck from the edge of the area. We've seen a worldie of a save from David Marshall but he won't want to see this again in a hurry, the ball goes straight through him and it's 1-0!

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

Luton earn a free-kick wide on the left-hand side and fill the box as they look for the opener.

James Bree's in-swinger is too close to David Marshall though, the veteran Scott will claim those all day long.

  9. Postpublished at 34 min

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

David Marshall makes a world-class save to deny Elijah Adebayo's close-range volley and Allan Campbell somehow heads wide from about two yards out!

His blushes are spared as the offside flag is up against Adebayo.

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

Boos from the home fans now as the play is stopped for a foul by Cameron Jerome on Jimmy Dunne deep in the QPR half.

Elijah Adebayo plays Jerome through and Dunne goes down in a heap with the referee blowing for the foul.

Just a bit of frustration creeping in to the home support.

Seeing that offside goal again it is very, very tight but looks like it might just be the right decision, with Elijah Adebayo just leaning forward.

It's a big let-off for QPR though and could it be the moment this game needs to kick into gear? That moment aside it has been pretty cagey so far.

This is very close! Jordan Clark capitalises on a loose ball to play in Elijah Adebayo, who expertly slots beyond the onrushing David Marshall. It's flagged for offside but I don't know... that looked very borderline!

    It stays 0-0.

Nathan Jones might be slightly concerned that QPR are having a lot of joy attacking Luton's left-hand side, and losing Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu to injury so early in the game won't help his nerves.

Still, very early days for Jones and these Luton fans with 20 minutes gone.

  14. Postpublished at 17 min

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

Luton are opened up down the left before Lee Wallace crosses into the box. The ball comes out to Moses Odubajo, who works the ball on to his left foot and gets the shot away, but it is saved by James Shea.

That would have been Odubajo's first goal for seven - yes SEVEN -years.

Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu's afternoon is over, he limps off to be replaced by Henri Lansbury.

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

There's a quick break in the play as Pelly-Ruddock Mpanzu goes down after what looked like a clash of knees with QPR's Jeff Hendrick.

Slightly bizarre moment before where the ball hit the linesman possibly before it went off the pitch - potentially caught in the wind maybe??

Mpanzu tries to play on but has gone down again now and looks like he could be done for today.

  17. Postpublished at 9 min

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

QPR have their first real attack of the game as Lee Wallace gets the ball on the left and forces the game's first corner, but the set piece fails to clear the first man.

  18. Postpublished at 8 min

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

First shot of the match is an easy one for QPR goalkeeper David Marshall to deal with. The returning Kal Naismith finds Allan Campbell in the midfield. Campbell shoots from distance along the ground but the goalie is equal to it.

Campbell then has the ball again, this time out on the left, and cuts in but his shot is blazed over.

Luton looking threatening in the early stages.

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

Elijah Adebayo goes down after a tussle with QPR defender Rob Dickie. The Luton man wants a foul but the referee waves play on, it could be a fascinating duel between those two players today.

  20. Postpublished at 1 min

    Luton Town 0-0 QPR

Luton having all of the ball in the opening minute as the teams settle into the game. Great atmosphere at Kenilworth Road today.
