Reading have played themselves into trouble once again.

Hayley Raso latches onto a dodgy Reading ball and surges into the box but it's saved AGAIN by Grace Moloney. Ridiculous.

Georgia Stanway moves to take the latest City corner. It's a bit too deep - Alanna Kennedy gets a head on it but it's cleared away for another City corner.

This time it's Caroline Weir it falls to and she takes on the shot, it's a really good effort but what a save from Grace Moloney.

It's a miracle Reading are still in this.

Oooh not a bad effort from Pernille Harder.

She darts into space on the edge of the area and curls a shot, she's aiming for the top right corner but it's straight into the hands of Courtney Brosnan.

Chelsea will close the gap to Arsenal to two points if they can hold onto this lead. With another game in hand on the league-leaders.

Reading have been poor at the back so far and Khadija Shaw was gifted a path through on goal, she has a go but still can't find the back of the net!

Watching this game just shows why City are where they are in the league. So many chances, just can't stick them away.

We're around 10 minutes away from kick-off in our late game so here's some team news...

West Ham manager Olli Harder has made four changes to the side which beat bottom team Birmingham 1-0 on Sunday. Goalkeeper Mackenzie Arnold, defender Grace Fisk and midfield duo Tameka Yallop and Yui Hasegawa all come into the side, with Anna Leat, Lucy Parker, Emma Snerle and Claudia Walker all dropping to the bench.

Marc Skinner has made just one change to the Manchester United side which beat Reading 3-1 on Saturday. Defender Maria Thorisdottir is replaced by fellow Norwegian Vilde Boe Risa.

Fairly quiet in our other game since that early Sam Kerr goal. Everton are trying to play out from the back but to be honest it's not working for them, they're struggling to get out of their own half.

How has that not gone in?!

Hayley Raso is clean through but her left-footed shot is weak, straight to the keeper and Raso is crowded out in the box and the Reading defence manage to bumble it away.

So many chances.

Khadija Shaw is through on goal and just slices at it with her right foot but it's well saved by the keeper, straight into the path of Julie Blakstad who can't believe her luck. But she misses the shot.

You don't get too many on a plate like that. She will be having nightmares about that.

Reading have a corner, they've not really seen much of the ball in this opening 10 minutes.

That wasn't a bad ball but it dropped right on top of Ellie Roebuck.

City have the chance to counter...

Caroline Weir is brought down in the middle of the park and City win the free-kick. Alex Greenwood takes it but it goes backwards.

All City so far.

Claire Emslie gets away from her marker and advances into Chelsea's half but Chelsea win the ball back and Sam Kerr is almost in on goal looking for her 12th WSL goal this season.

She's dispossessed in the nick of time.

Everton looking for their third win on the bounce under their third manager of the season. Fairly settled game so far.

Early corner for City and it swings in and falls to Caroline Weir has a go from just outside the box - plenty of pressure from the hosts.

Weir has scored both of City's last two league goals, both in 1-0 wins. Important player for the Blues.
