This, so far, has been outstanding by the away side.

Watford have been the brighter team since half-time, Emmanuel Dennis turning smartly in the box and dragging an effort wide. Roy Hodgson's side could do with another.

Chances mounting for Villa now!

Danny Ings drifts away from his marker to meet the corner and flicks a header against the post. Close!

Almost for Palace. Jordan Ayew hammers a ball across the six-yard box which Fraser Forster palms away. If it comes to Jeffrey Schlupp sooner it's a tap-in but by the time the ball reaches the striker the Saints defence have reacted and his shot is blocked.

Jacob Ramsey does well to get in down the left for Villa but than cannot pick out a team-mate. Steven Gerrard looks on, finger on his lips, pondering.

Danny Ings then plays a smart one-two with Ollie Watkins but Sam Byram makes decisive block. Great defending.

Nelson Semedo can't continue and Jonny replaces him. That's all of Wolves' subs used up.

Madness in the Burnley box.

Why has Emmanuel Dennis passed there?! The shot looked on but he squares it behind Juraj Kucka instead. Watford keep it alive and Dennis does have a shot this time, but the visitors have bodies back behind the ball. A proper scramble.

Electric start to this half for Brighton as Enock Mwepu's shot is deflected over the bar by Romain Saiss.

Not sure I mentioned Moises Caicedo in the first half but the Brighton youngster has a chance moments after the restart, but his drive from outside the box is saved by Jose Sa.

Burnley win it back in a dangerous area and Aaron Lennon scuttles into the box. He looks to pick his spot in the bottom corner but Foster gets down superbly to save.

Wolves make a double change at half-time.

Raul Jimenez and Pedro Neto replace Fabio Silva and Ruben Neves.

Watford winning at home. That’s the half-time headline.It’s been a very watchable half from start to finish. Watford were energetic from the outset, and I think it caught Burnley out in the early stages. You've got to give Watford credit; they got the goal and controlled the opening exchanges. As it went on, the game got stretched and Burnley ended stronger.

Bournemouth look to be moving a step closer to returning to the Premier League.

They lead Blackburn 1-0.
