Chelsea manager Emma Hayes speaking to BBC Two: "The first 20 minutes we were horrific. But once we executed the game plan we stifled them and they struggled. The goal came at the right time and we dominated them.

"We looked like we had lead in our legs. The midfield didn't do what I asked of them, but once we got the defensive shape right, it was good from us.

"We got a clean sheet and we limited them to one chance in the first half. Defensively we were solid. That's our foundation.

"This win means nothing for the league. We're in the final, at Wembley. That's where we want to be.

"I don't care who we play in the final, we're there in the final, that's the most important thing. [Against Manchester City] that's two world-class teams."

Emma Hayes will have gone in at half time disappointed with the performance from Chelsea. She'll have made some adjustments and we saw them after the break. We spoke about Ji going higher and supporting Kerr and England.

Chelsea came out and dominated, got their goals and we didn't see a response from Arsenal.

Chelsea defender and player of the match Aniek Nouwen, speaking to BBC Two: "Second half was amazing. First half we were struggling, but in the second half...yeah, a really nice win.

"Our manager told us to keep going and to fight for it. And that's what we did.

"We're one big team and one big family. We celebrate together. It's amazing.

"It was nice to play against them. It was a nice game to fight. I like that sort of game. Give me more like this."

That was a professional performance from Chelsea. Emma Hayes will be pleased with the way her team adapted to the game. It was a battle to start with but they had a couple of moments of quality and then they had control.

Chelsea were deserved winners.

Chelsea have done a job on Arsenal; they've won their battles.

Having said that, Arsenal have a rare opening as substitute Nikita Parris heads a deep cross into the side-netting.

Chelsea have been so good defensively, I don't think keeper Ann-Katrin Berger has had a save to make.
