Ilkay Gundogan's penalty placement was somewhat unusual - none of his previous five, which were all successful and included one against England at Wembley in September, had gone to the goalkeeper's right.
As long as they find the back of the net, Germany won't mind one bit.

He has three players in blue to aim for there. The final pass is letting Japan down at the moment.
