De Bruyne is playing on the right of a three behind Michy Batshuayi.

Eden Hazard is directly behind the striker, with Thorgan Hazard on the left.

We often see De Bruyne drift onto the right for Manchester City and whip in those menacing crosses, but when he's out there he can be ineffective.

He's trying to come inside as much as he can at the moment.

I've seen a couple of times now that Kevin De Bruyne is just not quite on it at the moment, even in Belgium's first game. He sets such high standards, I think he's still finding the pace of the game at the moment. He's not effecting the games like you'd expect him to.

Everybody's going to be tired but I expect more from the best midfielder in the world.

Brave or risky from Thibaut Courtois?

He shows some fancy footwork to flick past the onrushing Youssef En-Nesyri.

He composes himself for so long, En-Nesyri is able to get up and almost charge it down again.

Belgium had 78.1% of the possession in the opening 15 minutes. Pretty much all of the play has taken place in the middle of the park.

Ziyech is on one today. He fancies this, he looks sharp. Morocco haven't had much of the ball but he's created something out of nothing.

Hakim Ziyech loves a long-range shot.

Think for Chelsea against Tottenham and Manchester City for example.

This one flies harmlessly over the bar, though.

Morocco did not have a shot at goal in the final 30 minutes against Croatia, and they have not had one yet in this game either - or even a touch in the Belgium area.

They are very happy sitting deep and look very well organised too but, if they are going to get anything out of this game - and ultimately get out of Group F - surely they are going to have to do something at the other end of the pitch sooner or later?

It is all Belgium.

Thomas Meunier finds himself on the left-hand side of the area but his pop shot is curled straight into the hands of Munir Mohamedi.

It's been really comfortable for Belgium so far. In the last game, they didn't know what hit them. This is much more like the pace that they want to be playing at.

Everton's Amadou Onana gets in front of his marker and the keeper but heads the corner over the bar.

Belgium have settled into this game really nicely.

Another dangerous set piece for Belgium and Kevin de Bruyne.

It's from the left this time but it is cleared again.

It falls for De Bruyne and his effort deflects wide for a corner.

Morocco have changed their keeper before the match.

Munir Mohamedi is now in goal, rather than Yassine Bounou.

Bounou definitely did the anthem, but he didn't take part in the pre-match photo or any of the game. There is a picture of him talking to the referee in the tunnel too.

Belgium's experienced players will have been here before playing in big tournaments and with big clubs as well. They'll know when to go forwards, when to hold on to the ball and when to go long. It's just about passing that down and making sure that everybody's on the same stage.

Headed away by Morocco.

It was a bit floaty from De Bruyne, rather than one of those whipped menacing balls.

Kevin de Bruyne drifts into the right-hand channel. It is an area we've seen him be so dangerous for Manchester City over the last few years.

He gets bundled over and Belgium have a dangerous free-kick just outside the area.

KDB is stood over it.

Belgium look to free Thomas Meunier down the right wing, but the balls drift harmlessly out of play.

They are going to have to patient. Croatia barely got through this Morocco side in their opening game.

You can hear the constant whistles from the Morocco fans when Belgium are in possession. The best way to keep them quiet is just to keep hold of the ball.
