The hosts seem to be finding their way into this. Toni Kroos' long passes seem to be the best way to break down this well-organised Osasuna back line and they're beginning to trouble the visitors. Benzema sends another effort off target but he's starting to knock on the door.

So close! A lovely dummy turn from Vinicius Junior, Benzema hits his cross with a running volley and the ball is mere millimetres from hitting the goal. That was more like what the hosts will be wanting to do.

A wonderful bit of defending from Osasuna left-back Juan Cruz with two sliding challenges to stop a Real attack in its tracks. The visitors are holding their shape well and keeping Ancelotti's side at bay.

What a chance for Osasuna! Muy Gomez leads a counter and Abde just misses the target with his shot after the ball finds its way to the right-hand side.

Real have looked vulnerable when faced with the visitors' counter-attacks.

Abde has been Osasuna's brightest spark in this game. He's won many of his duels against Dani Ceballos and is succeeding in making inroads down the wing. He finds a way through again but nobody is there to receive his cut-back.

Groans of disappointment ring around the Bernabeu as Vinicius Junior looks to set up an effort on goal but it lacks power and is comfortably stopped.

Moncayola forces Lunin into his first save of the game with a tame effort from outside of the box.

David Garcia will be pleased to hear the referee blow his whistle. Real go racing forwards but Rodrygo is adjudged to have fouled Garcia and their chance is quashed.

Play is momentarily stopped by the referee for what appears to be a medical situation in the crowd but the game is now back under way.

Big chance for the visitors. Abde's ball is cleared but only as far as Gomez who directs his volley wide of the target. That was a moment of poor positioning from Real and Osasuna should probably have done better.

Osasuna have a free-kick and then a corner but aren't able to muster anything from either of their chances. Set pieces could be an area where the visitors are able to trouble Real.

Carvajal swings a ball towards Karim Benzema but Mendy jumps at it and heads it instead and the ball goes over.

A moment of promise for Osasuna going forwards as they trouble the Madrid defence. Abde gets off his side's first shot of the game as he gets the better of Carvajal but he the Moroccan winger hits the side netting. An early warning shot from the visitors.

This is Ukrainian goalkeeper Andre Lunin's first time representing Real Madrid at the Bernabeu, and his third game in LaLiga, after Thibaut Courtois pulled out of the squad earlier today with a back problem.

Despite all of Real's pressure, Osasuna are looking solid at the back. Unai and David Garcia are doing a good job in the middle of the back line to keep their shape and clear what comes their way.

Pace seems to be the main element of this game. Both teams are running well and attacking with a high level of intensity. Ancelotti's side look very dangerous while running forwards.

Mendy, Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior are troubling Osasuna down the wings. They're moving the ball with pace and precision and have played some good crosses already. It looks like an area where the hosts could be dangerous.

Real are up to three corners so far with very little time gone. Osasuna found themselves with a little moment of worry after Alaba and Benzema attempted to direct one goalwards from the air but they couldn't manage to get it on target.
