Cypriot Cup winners Omonia Nicosia are managed by former Celtic boss Neil Lennon.
Omonia forward Loizos Loizou, 19, said: "He can make it [the difference].
"He always tells us we are not scared of anyone - but we still have to be at our best levels.
"He helps us think we're not playing against one of the best teams in the world, just to play like we always play.
"He can help us win. In his career as a coach he won a lot of trophies and titles. He knows how to win these titles."

West Ham’s landlords say they would consider handing over negotiations for London Stadium naming rights if the Premier League club offered them £4m a year.
London Legacy Development Corporation chief executive Lyn Garner said it was "very difficult" to argue the concession agreement that allows West Ham to play at the London Stadium on a 99-year lease and currently pay £3m a year in rent was a good deal for the taxpayer.
“Will I give naming rights to West Ham? Yes I would give the naming rights to West Ham if the right financial deal was put on the table. If they want to offer £4m a year to sell naming rights, then we can have a conversation," she said.
“Those naming rights are worth a lot more money when they are put in a pot for a shirt deal and I can’t sell them cheaply to a football club.”

Michail Antonio is unconcerned by the form of summer signing Gianluca Scamacca and recognises he needs to do more to regain his place in the West Ham starting XI.
The Jamaica striker watched from the sidelines as Scamacca scored and put in an impressive display West Ham's win over Wolves on Saturday.
"I'm not scoring so he has to give the next man a chance," Antonio told the Footballer's Football podcast. "And, to be fair to him, Scamacca is quality.
"I know I've got good competition, but this won't knock me. I always believe in myself - I know I will get the opportunity, and will take it when I get it.
"Even though he's my rival, I was buzzing when he scored. We're down the bottom and we need the points.
"I've just got to take my humble crumble. I believe I'll get my place back and my time will come."
Antonio starts today.

David Moyes says West Ham will not "disrespect" Thursday's "incredibly difficult" Europa League Conference opponents Anderlecht as both sides look to top the group.
The Hammers travel to Belgium having won their opening two fixtures, with Anderlecht two points behind in second.
"Anderlecht are a proud football team and they'll want to win as well.
"They'll see the chance of beating us and getting above us in the group. We're going to play each other twice very quickly.
"At the moment, us and Anderlecht are looking like the teams with the most points.
"I wouldn’t disrespect Anderlecht at all - it's incredibly difficult to get results away in Europe.
"We'd like to win the group, but if we qualify and have European football after Christmas then that will be a really bonus for us once again."
Omonia v Man Utd (17:45 BST)
Excluding qualifiers, Omonia Nicosia have won just one of their last 26 matches in Europe (D6 L19), picking up a 2-1 home win over PAOK Salonika in 2020.
United have won five of their last six away games in the Europa League, with the exception being a 3-2 loss at Roma in the 2020-21 semi-final.
Omonia v Man Utd (17:45 BST)
Manchester United will be the third English side to face Omonia Nicosia in Europe, after Arsenal in the 1994-95 Cup Winners’ Cup and Manchester City in the 2008-09 Uefa Cup. The Cypriot side lost all four matches.
This will be United’s first ever European clash with a side from Cyprus. The only previous English Premier League side to face a Cypriot club in the Europa League were Everton in 2017-18 (v Apollon Limassol).

Newcastle striker Callum Wilson believes Cristiano Ronaldo will finish the season as Manchester United's top scorer, despite the Portugal star spending a lot of time on the bench.
Speaking on the Footballer's Football podcast he co-hosts, Wilson was frustrated to see Ronaldo left out of the team for the Manchester derby on Sunday.
However, he predicted that Ronaldo will find his way into the starting line-up and prove his worth to boss Erik ten Hag.
"If you've got Ronaldo at your football club, you play the guy," Wilson said. "He got 20-odd goals last season and is still in peak condition.
"That's what I don't understand. If your philosophy is to press from the front and that's why you don't go with Ronaldo, then put someone in to do the extra running for him.
"He's an attacking weapon that they are fortunate to have. I think he stays until the end of the season and ends up United's top scorer."
Omonia v Man Utd (17:45 BST)
Manchester United come into this game on the back of their 6-3 derby battering by City.
"Obviously it was a difficult day. As always we analyse, and we do that tough, the reality," United boss Erik ten Hag said.
"In tactics sometimes, also to surprise opponents, you have to bring something different in your game, and we will do that also for the future.
"But we can get a lot of confidence about this theory, when you beat Arsenal, you beat Liverpool and now we get a reality check with Manchester City - so we know we have to step up.
"So thank you for the lesson, from Pep [Guardiola - Manchester City manager]. We will take that and we have to understand we have to do things much better."
Anderlecht v West Ham (17:45 BST)
Captain Declan Rice says he wants to "play as many games as he can" for West Ham despite the packed fixture list before the World Cup.
The Hammers face 12 matches in 37 days prior to the tournament in Qatar, starting today.
"There's a World Cup coming up, but the focus is West Ham because we need to push up the table," he said.
"Sometimes it's a luck thing whether you get injured, but I try to keep myself as fit and healthy as possible away from the pitch.
"I want to play as many games as I can. I like to keep playing, to keep the momentum building. That's where the confidence lies and last season that was key for me."
Rice has 37 senior caps in total - three for the Republic of Ireland and 34 for England.
