Brazil coach Tite has confirmed he will leave the role after his side were knocked out of the World Cup by Croatia on penalties in the quarter-finals.
The 61-year-old said before the tournament that he would stand down regardless of how Brazil did in the tournament.
He took on the role in 2016 and won the Copa America in 2019 but has been eliminated at the last-eight stage of his two World Cup tournaments.
"It is very difficult," said Tite.
"The cycle ended and I said that one and a half years ago. I needed to have the full cycle and now I have the full cycle and have followed the moments."

England manager Gareth Southgate has a 25-man squad to select from against France after forward Raheem Sterling returned to Qatar and trained with the squad.
Midfielder Declan Rice, who had missed training due to illness on Wednesday, was again involved in the session, easing concerns about his readiness to play.
Striker Callum Wilson has been nursing a slight muscle strain, but also trained and showed no signs of injury.
France are likely to be unchanged from their last-16 win over Poland, with Mbappe having returned to training after being given a day to rest on Tuesday.

The Aston Villa keeper was the hero in the shootout against the Netherlands, saving from Virgil van Dijk and Steven Bergwijn.

We saw one of the all-time great penalties.
Lautaro Martinez was King Midas in
reverse in this tournament. Two goals disallowed in the opening game against Saudi Arabia on the finest of margins and then his confidence was completely shot. He would have been the enemy 100 times over.
The fact he was prepared to go up
and take it shows his character and it was absolutely huge. That's why he’ll score so many goals in his career.
And to be honest, any other result would have
been a scandal. It's massive for the tournament. Argentina were far far better over 120
minutes.
We can now look forward to a purist midfield battle in the semi-final
Argentina's celebrations were a mixture of relief, pure elation and the increasing sense - especially after Brazil's demise - that this really could be their World Cup, although they under-estimate Croatia at their peril.
At the heart of it all was the masterly Lionel Messi, who now has four goals and two assists in Argentina's nine goals in the tournament so far. He also has 10 World Cup goals for Argentina, level with Gabriel Batistuta.
Messi is a member of this World Cup's elite at a tournament that has seen Cristiano Ronaldo marginalised by Portugal and Neymar injured and then eliminated with Brazil.
France's Kylian Mbappe remains but there is now the growing sense that Argentina's superstar will contest another World Cup final, a chance to atone for the defeat by Germany in 2014.
He may provide the silken genius in this team but it is also mixed with a steel that makes Argentina the fiercest of opponents.

Argentina had one foot in the semi-finals going into the final 10 minutes, Lionel Messi setting up one goal and scoring another, only for a remarkable twist.

That set up a cagey period of extra time, which resulted in the second penalty shootout of the day.
