Darvel manager Mick Kennedy: "We need to impose ourselves on the game. It's a different environment to what Aberdeen are used to in the Premiership.
"When we started this journey to make our way up through the pyramid our main aim was to engage the community. It's a massive occasion for the town. We have people here tonight who have never been to a game here before. It's about creating a legacy."

"It's great to be here. It's a fantastic set-up. It's caught a lot of players by surprise in terms of the good condition the pitch is in, so hopefully that'll make for a very entertaining game of football.
"We haven't got a great deal of defenders and Anthony [Stewart] is our captain. I know the Rangers sending off has been well highlighted, but prior to that I thought he was having an excellent game. It was a very straightforward decision to put him straight back in tonight."
