Ex-Fulham midfielder Steve Sidwell on BT Sport: "Fulham have got such a good spine through the team, and Bobby De Cordova-Reid has the ability to go and attack teams.

"He'll be told to be in the focal point and to get goals. It's about getting the end product, getting numbers in the box and to hit the target."

Fulham can complete the league double over Leeds United for the first time since 1960, when the Yorkshire side were relegated from the top flight.

But Leeds could win consecutive league visits to Fulham for the first time since 1956 in the second tier.

Fulham have already beaten Leeds twice this season - 3-2 in the league and 2-0 in the FA Cup.

Leeds striker Patrick Bamford has scored in each of his last four league starts against Fulham, going back to the 2019-20 Championship.

He has faced Fulham twice this season, both as a sub, without scoring - including the FA Cup...

And he's not starting today. So that means no goals.

Leeds head coach Javi Gracia has talked about the need for action over words as his side battle to stay in the Premier League.

His side have been criticised after conceding 11 goals in back-to-back home defeats.

When asked about whether his side lacked leaders, he said: "I understand perfectly clearly why you ask me.

"But in this moment, I think it's not to speak, it's time to do. We have to show what we're able to do.

"If you tell me all these things, I'll agree with you. But we only can 'do' and this way, we'll come back the way we played before."

Gracia secured three wins and a draw from his first six league games in charge, but successive 5-1 and 6-1 hammerings have been damaging, leaving the Whites 16th in the table - just two points above the relegation zone.

"In my opinion, there are different leaders and different ways to be a leader," said Gracia. "Some of them speaking more, some of them doing and some learning from examples every day.

"Maybe we don't have players that show that character outside. But inside, I can tell you we have a good atmosphere.

"All of them respect each other, help each other, and I'm happy with the atmosphere we have."

Leeds have every chance of breaking their own unwanted record this month.

They have conceded 16 goals in four league matches this month - including 4-1, 5-1 and 6-1 defeats.

United already hold the record for most Premier League goals conceded in a calendar month, letting in 20 in February 2022.

They also play Leicester and Bournemouth before the end of April.

I cannot get my head around Gnonto not starting. He has been our biggest attacking threat and can terrify defenders. There has to be more to it than form.

Fulham's points tally of 42 is their highest after 30 matches of a Premier League campaign.

The club's record points total is 53 in 2008-09, a season in which they had 40 points after 30 games.

They are just two wins shy of equalling the club record of 14 victories in a Premier League season.

Leeds remain in deep relegation trouble.

In fact they could end the day in the bottom three if they lose and Everton and Nottingham Forest win their 15:00 BST games.

There are still nine teams with some relegation worries but Bournemouth, Wolves and Crystal Palace have all started to move away.

Fulham's recent shaky form has seen them start to drop away from the European places - although they did win their last game.

Seventh would be enough for a Europa Conference League play-off - so long as the FA Cup winners also qualify for Europe.

But if Sheffield United win the FA Cup, or Brighton win it and don't finish in the top six, then Fulham would need to finish sixth.

    Leeds United

Leeds United boss Javi Gracia to BT Sport: "After our last two defeats we need to change something, in terms of consistency, aggression, something like that. We have changed [Luis] Sinisterra because he had some issues at the beginning of this week. We will try to improve and get points.

"We have very good players waiting to play and Liam Cooper is one of them. He is a reference for all of us, he can do it on the pitch.

"I know the solution is not only changing players, it is doing it as a team. In the last two games we didn't do it well. All of us know we can do much better. Then today, we try to do it.

"Of course we need to change this dynamic after two bad results. Inside we believe in the work we are doing and all of us are sure we can achieve our target at the end of the season.

"I expect the best. I believe in all my squad. We know now we must compete in the most important part of the season. It is a crucial moment. It is a busy month but we have to do it."

Fulham manager Marco Silva says being on the touchline "is my place" and he does not want to experience another touchline ban.

Silva was sent off alongside Aleksandar Mitrovic during a frantic few minutes for Fulham in their FA Cup quarter-final defeat at Manchester United last month.

He returns today from his two-match ban.

"It [the touchline] is my place; it's where I should be always. Of course, it's really important for me - for all the managers - to be there," he said.

"It was another moment for me to look [at the game] in a different way to improve, but it will be good [to be back].

"I was always with my players [while serving the ban]. Of course the vision [view] is completely different but it's something that I would like to not experience again."

Fulham striker Aleksandar Mitrovic serves game four of an eight-match ban today.

The FA actually wanted a longer ban but yesterday an independent commission decided eight games was enough.

If the FA appeal had worked, Marco Silva's touchline ban would have been extended too - but he's back today.
