Larne manager Tiernan Lynch: "When I walked in six years ago Kenny was talking about Champions League music at Inver and it seemed like a pipedream so I couldn't be more pleased or proud of everyone involved.

    LARNE ARE IRISH PREMIERSHIP CHAMPIONS!

Goals from Andy Ryan and Lee Bonis guaranteed that tonight will be the night that goes down in the history books as Larne win the Gibson Cup for the first time in their history.

This is just Larne’s fourth season back in the Irish Premiership and they will be the first team from outside Belfast to be crowned champions since Portadown in 2002.

It is safe to say they’ve been outstanding this season and are now unbeaten in their last 15 Premiership matches and have conceded just three goals in 2023.
