What went wrong for Milan?

What went right would be easier to answer! Everything that could have gone wrong for Milan has done.

In a game like this and a big crowd you want to start fast and then you concede from a set play.

It is an absolute disaster and one in their wildest dreams they could not have imagined.

Edin Dzeko, 37, and Henrikh Mkhitaryan, 34, are the second and sixth oldest scorers in Champions League semi-final history respectively.

Ryan Giggs, 37, is top with Phillip Cocu, Xabi Alonso and Karim Benzema, twice, all doing it at 34.

Milan striker Olivier Giroud, 36, would go third if he could score in the second half.

The half-time whistle goes. Milan will probably be happy enough to only be two goals down.

The Inter fans are loving every second and have not shut up since the first goal and that is a good thing because there is a small percentage of them here. You are getting a bit of that though from the Milan fans now, they are trying to keep their team in it and they are doing a decent job of it.
