BBC Sport at Wellington Regional Stadium

This game is taking place at the Wellington Regional Stadium - a waterfront site in the heart of New Zealand's capital.

The record attendance here was not for a football match but a rugby union fixture between the All Blacks and a British and Irish Lions XI when 39,000 packed the ground in 2005.

The United States are big news here but there is something else making the headlines on the local TV networks.

A southern right whale has been spotted in Wellington's harbour and "left onlookers amazed as it swam through the water", according to reports. It has drawn dozens of onlookers hoping to catch a glimpse of the giant mammal.

  2. TEAM NEWS

United States v Netherlands (02.00 BST)

Nice and easy when it comes to the United States team news. They're unchanged from the side that created 28 chances against Vietnam, scored three goals and missed one penalty.

Four of the XI - Alyssa Naeher, Crystal Dunn, Julie Ertz and Alex Morgan - started the final in Lyon four years ago.

United States XI: Naeher; Dunn, Girma, Ertz, Fox; Horan, Sullivan, DeMelo; Smith, Morgan, Rodman

    USA XI

One change for the Netherlands from the side that narrowly edged past Portugal last weekend.

Everton forward Katja Snoeijs comes in for Lineth Beerensteyn.

There are several players who started in the 2019 final including Stefanie van der Gragt, Jackie Groenen and Sherida Spitse.

Netherlands XI: Van Domselaar; Janssen, Van der Gragt, Spitse; Groenen; Brugts, Van de Donk, Roord, Pelova; Martens, Snoeijs
