Following Colombia's extraordinary win over Germany, they now just need a point against Morocco to top Group H.

Germany are still well placed thanks to their huge goal difference advantage over Morocco, which means they go through if they match or better the north African side's result.

Any slip-up from Germany could allow Morocco in though, while Morocco can also progress if they beat Colombia by four clear goals. South Korea, meanwhile, need to beat Germany by five goals and hope Morocco lose.

• Colombia could become just the second South American side to win 100% of their group stage games in a single edition of the Fifa Women’s World Cup, with Brazil the only team to previously have done so.
• After their opening win against South Korea, Morocco will attempt to become the second African team to win multiple games in their competition debut after Cameroon in 2015 (W2).
• Linda Caicedo, 18, has scored two goals for Colombia at the 2023 Women’s World Cup – the last player aged 18 or younger to score more in a single edition of the competition was Brazil’s Marta in 2003 (3).

After Germany played Morocco, we thought they were going to win the World Cup because they were so efficient in that game.

Colombia stifled their play, they stopped the delivery getting into Alexandra Popp and then you started to see the frustration from the Germans which is really unlike them.

• South Korea have lost each of their last six games at the Women’s World Cup, failing to score in five of those games. They are the only side to have featured in the last two editions who have lost every game they have played.
• Against Colombia, Germany suffered their first defeat in the group stage of the Fifa Women’s World Cup since 1995 (v Sweden).
• South Korea are yet to keep a clean sheet at the Fifa Women’s World Cup, conceding an average of 2.5 goals per game across their 12 fixtures.

'Germany wouldn't have expected to need a point today'

I think after Germany's first game against Morocco and the great start they got off to against Morocco, I don't think they would have thought they needed at least one point today [against South Korea] in order to progress.

'Colombia will get all three points'

Colombia's success against South Korea in their opening game caught me out, but it was a bigger surprise when Morocco did the same too, for their first ever World Cup win.

Morocco are ranked 72nd in the world while South Korea are a top 20 team, so that was a great achievement.

There is a similar gulf in rankings here - Colombia are number 25, and they showed how good they are when they beat Germany in their second game. They only need a point to go through, but I think they will get all three.

This has been the group of shocks, with the latest one being Germany's last-gasp defeat by Colombia. I certainly didn't see that one coming.

Even so, I still think Germany will be too strong for South Korea - who have not scored a goal or picked up a point so far - and there is only one winner here.

Team news - Hegering returns for Germany

Following their 1-0 defeat by Morocco, South Korea boss Collin Bell has made three changes to the starting XI.

Defender Hong Hye-ji, Son Hwa-yeon and Park Eun-sun drop to the bench as Choe Yu-ri, Chun Ga-ram and Casey Phair come in.

Former Tottenham midfielder Cho So-hyun and ex-Chelsea star Ji So-yun both start. Brighton's Lee Geum-min is on the bench.

South Korea XI: J Kim, Shim, Chun, H Kim, Jang, Cho, Choe, Ji, Choo, Lee, Casey.

Defender Sara Doorsoun and midfielder Lina Magull drop to the bench as Wolfsburg's Marina Hegering returns to the starting XI, alongside Bayern Munich forward Lea Schuller.

Alexandra Popp already has three goals in the group stages but key midfielder Lena Oberdorf will need to be careful on a yellow card.
