Ooh, high foot from Danielle van de Donk on a South Africa defender, and she goes into the referee's book.

She was carrying a yellow card into this game, and so will be suspended for the Spain match should Netherlands progress.

Thembi Kgatlana gets her first chance to run at the Dutch defence this half, but is denied by an excellent tackle from Sherida Spitse.

Expect South Africa to look long to Kgatlana regularly in the latter stages.

Netherlands have had 72% possession in the last 10 minutes.

Half an hour remaining, Netherlands look fairly comfortable in the passage of play.

You could barely hear the referee explain the decision.

A real warning for South Africa, who haven't got going in this second half.

The Dutch have started with their foot on the ball in this one, looking again to dominate possession.

We've seen how quick South Africa can attack when they do get the ball, however.
