Gintra have the ball in the back of the net, as Allyson Murphy Pauletto races clear and lifts a nice finish over Lee Gibson's head.

The flag was up though, and City breathe a sigh of relief. The defenders seemed to think that was miles off, but it looks pretty tight on the replay...

Lauren Davidson has been on the periphery throughout this game, but she beats the Gintra full-back like she's not there to show a glimpse of quality.

Davidson can't find the final pass though - her cross is weak and easily cut out.

Neither side can keep hold of the ball out there.

It's been really scrappy since the restart, with chances few and far between.

It's crying out for someone in midfield to just calm things down a bit.

Gintra 0-2 Glasgow City

Juliet Bassey, who scored twice for Gintra in their win over Cardiff City earlier this week, is down receiving treatment.

She looks to be in a fair bit of pain, but is trying to run it off.

And now there's been a nasty clash of heads between Kenzie Weir and Erika Supelyte, but both players are up fairly sharp, which is good to see.

The players are heading back out for the second half in Lithuania.

I've made myself a pot of coffee during the break, and got myself some snacks too for good measure.

Goals from Brenna Lovera and Kenzie Weir have Glasgow City in complete control against Gintra at the break.

Plenty to work on though for Leanne Ross' side, especially if they are to reach the group stages of the Champions League.

We'll have two minutes of added time at the end of the first half.

Not one that will live long in the memory, if truth be told.

I genuinely can't remember a chance for either side other than the two City goals.

That's a sign of a good team though, I suppose, taking the chances when they do come.

City are just turning the screw a touch here, pinning Gintra back and dominating possession.

Despite that, Leanne Ross' side are yet to carve out a guilt-edged chance since that early goal.

It's an attempted training ground routine that gets played to Linda Motlhalo, but Gintra are wise to it, and block the shot.

Gintra win a corner down their left-hand side, which wakes up the pocket of passionate home fans a wee bit.

However, City head it clear without any alarms, and the chants die down as quickly as they started up.

Not much to report since that dream start, but I've just seen Brenna Lovera's opener back, and it's a really clever finish.

The American striker made a great run to the near post, nipped in front of the Gintra goalkeeper and turned in Cori Sullivan's cross with the outside of her boot.
