Marcus Thuram gets in behind the AC Milan defence once more and forces Simon Kjaer to turn the ball behind for a corner.

Juventus currently sit at the top of Serie A after beating Lazio 3-1 this afternoon.

They led 2-0 at the break through goals from Dusan Vlahovic and Federico Chiesa. Luis Alberto pulled one back for Lazio in the second half but Vlahovic added another to seal the three points.

They are just a point ahead of both Inter and Milan having played a game more.

Davide Calabria darts down the right-hand flank and looks to set up an opportunity for AC Milan as he lofts the ball into a dangerous area but nobody can get to it.

Milan just haven't really clicked.

Henrik Mkhitaryan should have his second. Federico Dimarco fizzes a cross into the the box but Mykhitaryan can't hit the target with his header.

Inter have been all over this since they scored that goal. Thuram and Martinez are charging towards the Milan defence and look dangerous up front.

The goal stands. There were claims of a foul on Theo Hernandez in the build-up to that one but the check reveals no issues.

It's going to be checked...

It's been a nervy start to the this one. Neither team are taking risks at the moment and are slowly working their way into the game.

Both Milan sides are shaping up in the frame of potential title contenders after perfect starts to their respective Serie A campaigns.

They've won each of their opening three games and one of them will go top of the table after this evening's game.

Inter have done slightly better and have registered eight goals while conceding none.
