Thank you for joining us tonight. It was far from the result that Wales and their fans wanted as Denmark let rip in Cardiff but there were some quality goals and no little skill on display.
Goodnight, nos da and godnat.

Katie Sherwood
Former Wales midfielder on Match of the Day Wales
For Germany, defensively we need to get back to basics, we need to keep building our defensive play and need to be ruthless in front of goal.

Wales' bread and butter is normally crosses into the box, but tonight it hasn't been.
Hayley Ladd and Gemma Evans are two of the best centre backs in the UK, they were getting dragged left, right and centre to cover for other people who hadn't done their jobs.
Wales must be more 'clinical'
FT: Wales 1-5 Denmark
Wales captain Sophie Ingle on MOTD Wales:
"I'm delighted with the second half. We got a lot more stuck in and I think we stole the ball in their half, but then the game opens up and they're a quality side.
"Credit to them, they scored on the counter a lot of the time and we'll have to look at that. When we play the top teams, we can't concede five goals.
"I think we have to work on the training pitch and be more clinical in the final third. Against a team like that, we did have chances and we got in-behind them, but we're not creating enough and I don't think that's good enough at this level.
"You're not going to get many chances and when you do, you have to put it in the back of the net like they did."
'Against the best you need to be clinical'
FT: Wales 1-5 Denmark
Wales head coach Gemma Grainger on MOTD Wales:
"When you play the best teams, you have to make sure that we defend well, this Nations League was always going to help us learn quickly because at this level you saw the difference today.
"We don't want to lose games, but we need to stay very focused on the learning curves from these games.
"We changed things tactically at half time, it was difficult to go down 1-0 so early. When it was 3-1 we had two chances and if we'd have put them in we'd have been at 3-3.
"We pushed up higher in the second half and that's what brought us the goal back, ultimately when you play against the best sides in the world you need to be clinical."

I think we can expect more from the Welsh players now.
The large majority of them are in a professional setup, but when it comes to playing in a Welsh shirt, they are lacking confidence.
There's no hiding from that at all.
'Yes 5-1 sucks'
FT: Wales 1-5 Denmark
Wales goalscorer Jess Fishlock on MOTD Wales:
"It's always hard to take when the scoreline is 5-1, but we'll look back on it and some of the good things we did on the ball.
"These games are really good for us in showing where we really need to get better, we have to be better defensively and better on the ball.
"They scored from three crosses - not good enough - another set piece goal - not good enough. We have to learn those minor details because going forward we're getting better.
"Yes 5-1 sucks, it sucks, but we're going to have to learn from this and take it forward."
'Tough night' for Wales
FT: Wales 1-5 Denmark
Wales defender Hayley Ladd on MOTD Wales:
"It was a tough night. We are disappointed with how we defended some of those phases of play, a little bit sloppy and a lack of communication.
"It's good to score a goal and a good goal at that, at 2-1 we went to try and change the game, we opened up and were punished again.
"We won't be down for long, it's growing pains and we want to dominate the ball more and that's part of it."

I think Wales will be absolutely gutted.
When are Wales going to start turning positive performances into points and results?

Nobody wants to concede five goals. Nobody wants to experience a heavy defeat like that.
Denmark have shown their class this evening. They've come here after a 2-0 win over Germany and are full of confidence.
Wales just looked to be chasing, they just weren't good enough - but Denmark were exceptional.
Denmark teach Wales a 'difficult lesson'
FT: Wales 1-5 Denmark
Kath Morgan
Former Wales captain on BBC Radio Cymru
This has been a difficult lesson for Wales but there are positives, there've been flashes of good attack and good patterns of play.

I know I'm Welsh but that is harsh - the score doesn't reflect the game.
Wales have been second best in all areas tonight, but to concede five at home is not how Wales would have wanted to start the Nations League.
FULL-TIME - Wales 1-5 Denmark
It's four minutes of time added on and a demoralised Wales will have to go back to the drawing board after being outplayed by an excellent Denmark.

I don't think Wales deserve to have conceded five goals.
It comes from a mistake from Sophie Ingle, losing the ball. Perhaps a bit of miscommunication between her and Gemma Evans.
It's an easy finish for Pernille Harder.
GOAL - Wales 1-5 Denmark
Pernille Harder
Denmark skipper Pernille Harder seals a comprehensive win with her hat-trick as we tick into time added on.
Signe Bruun's looped shot clips back off the crossbar and Harder is sharp to the chance, side-footing into the net with Olivia Clark stranded.
GOAL - Wales 1-4 Denmark
Sanne Troelsgaard
Denmark break quickly and Nicoline Sorensen gets through on goal. Olivia Clark does well to block the initial shot but the rebound falls to Sanne Troelsgaard who stoops to nod home Denmark's fourth.
That is the end of Wales' faint hopes.

Kayleigh Green has certainly given Gemma Grainger something to think about for the next game, Grainger would have wanted a reaction and she certainly got it.
It's exactly why Ffion Morgan is on the pitch, that burst of pace, it's the perfect cross and Green is stretching but can't quite connect.
CLOSE!
Wales 1-3 Denmark
Ffion Morgan shows her pace to streak down the right and puts in a peach of a cross. Kayleigh Green flies in but sticks out a leg a fraction too late - that really, really should have been a goal!
