The draw for the fourth round of the EFL Cup will take place on Wednesday, at around 22:15 BST, following the end of the Newcastle United v Manchester City tie.
The fourth-round ties will be played in the week commencing Monday, 30 October.

Goals from Rolando Aarons and Moussa Sissoko helped Newcastle to an unlikely away victory at the Etihad Stadium against then-holders City.
The Geordie faithful will hope for a repeat of that when Pep Guardiola's side visit a buoyant St. James' Park on the back of Newcastle's 8-0 win at Sheffield United on Sunday.

We will shortly be hearing from Newcastle United boss Eddie Howe.
Newcastle, of course, were defeated 2-0 by Manchester United in the final of last season's Carabao Cup, their first appearance in a major final since 1999.
Goals from Casemiro and Marcus Rashford broke the hearts of the Geordies and they were rewarded for their exploits by being drawn against treble-winners Manchester City in the third round this term.
We will be hearing from Pep Guardiola later today. His side defeated the Magpies 1-0 at the Etihad Stadium in August but their last trip to Tyneside was the enthralling 3-3 draw in the Premier League last season.

Image source, Getty ImagesWhen Red Bull approached Austria Salzburg about a plan to help in 2005, there was an expectation they would be major sponsors, aiding them through their financial troubles.
However, as talks progressed, it became clear Red Bull did not just want to sponsor them, they wanted overall change - from colours, to crest, to name - and that infuriated the club's fans.
"That company had just destroyed a huge part of our lives," board member Stefan Schubert explains.
A large portion of the supporters formed their own phoenix club a year later, keeping the original name and history, even maintaining that they were formed in 1933, when Austria Salzburg was formed.
On Tuesday, Austria Salzburg will play Red Bull Salzburg in the OFB Cup. It will be the first meeting between the two sides.

Forest Green had been Ferguson's first foray into management on his own.

When he was defending and he knew what he had to do and he only had one option, he just went for it. He made the tackle, made the block and I thought he was brilliant when he did that.
His problem was when he had a second to think about what he was about to do - because he'd change his mind and make the wrong decision.
It's the same with Marcus Rashford on the offensive side. If he makes his mind up as soon as he gets the ball, he's electric and not many people can stop him, no matter what he wants to do.
He's a great passer of the ball but we haven't seen it in a while because at the moment he's got back in the mentality of not exactly knowing what he wants to do with the ball when he gets it.
More often than not, especially when he's linking up with Hojlund - or the lack of linking up with Hojlund - he's making the wrong decision again.

For Erik ten Hag's team, Harry Maguire and Mason Mount were back in training this week and could be in line to play against the Eagles.
Raphael Varane was also back involved last week prior to their Champions League clash against Bayern Munch, while new loan signing Sofyan Amrabat made his United debut off the bench at Burnley on Saturday.
Palace, on the other hand, are plagued by injuries at present and come into the match at Old Trafford with little room for rotation.
Ajax v Feyenoord: Fans protest after De Klassieker abandoned due to fireworks on pitch
The abandoned match between Eredivisie rivals Ajax and Feyenoord will resume behind closed doors on Wednesday, the Dutch FA (KNVB) has confirmed.
Feyenoord led 3-0 after 56 minutes at the Johan Cruyff Arena when the game was stopped as home fans threw flares and fireworks onto the pitch.
The match will be completed at 14:00 local time with no supporters present.
Ajax's match against FC Volendam, scheduled for Wednesday, has been postponed.
In a statement, Ajax said they disagree with the decision to finish the game on Wednesday on fixture congestion grounds and are considering legal action.

I think it does feel of the three of them that Burnley might have something growing that in November and December it comes to fruition. I do worry that they have gone very young with their signings.
I do wonder that Sheffield United was just one of those games. It's not really reflective of what they've been like this season. They have lost games but there has never been a sense that they would get thrashed at Bramall Lane. They have been competitive but they have left their transfer business until very late which is a risk for a newly-promoted team.
The conversation continued on the Monday Night Club about the respective chances each of the three promoted sides - Burnley, Luton and Sheffield United - have of staying up.
All three have just one point, with Sheffield United having played six games and Burnley and Luton five.
The panel discussed Sheffield United's 8-0 defeat to Newcastle, with Rory Smith, of the New York Times, suggesting that it was not indicative of their form this season and could have been "one of those games".
