  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:49 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-1 Rangers

A huge save from Zander Clark keeps Hearts in it.

Leon Balogun wins a big header and it finds Danilo free, just yards out.

He takes a touch then forces Clark into a stop with his boot.

  2. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:48 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

We're away again at Celtic Park and PIttodrie... Won't be long in Perth.

  3. Marshall under siegepublished at 20:46 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    HT: Celtic 2-0 Hibernian

Goalkeeper David Marshall has been busy against his former side.

A lot of that is down to Hibs coughing up possession near the own penalty area.

  4. Postpublished at 20:43 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-1 Rangers

Ridvan Yilmaz bends in a free-kick from the right and Danilo gets his head on it but can't steer it on target.

  5. CLOSE!published at 20:41 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-1 Rangers

A ball breaks in the box for Rangers midfielder Todd Cantwell, who looks to loft it over Zander Clark from a tight angle.

It drops on to the roof of the net. Unlucky.

  6. HALF-TIME St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirrenpublished at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

Not a great deal between the teams, but they've both had chances.

Lewis Jamieson was presented with a perfect opportunity to rustle the net when the ball fell nicely to him in the box. But a desperate St Johnstone defender managed to deflect the ball over the bar when Dimitar Mitov was already grounded.

Matt Smith was the guilty party for St Johnstone, putting his volley straight at the keeper when Graham Carey whipped in a perfect cross.

Hopefully a little more quality in the second half.

  7. 'Dons fans vent frustration'published at 20:38 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    HT: Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Scotland at PIttodrie

The boos ring out as a disappointing first half draws to a close.

Fair to say the 13,000-plus crowd have not enjoyed what they have seen so far.

Aberdeen have been the better side in a stuffy affair, but that is not saying much.

  8. HALF-TIME Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnockpublished at 20:35 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

A fairly even game at Pittodrie, though Aberdeen have fashioned the better chances.

Bojan Miovski's effort was ruled out for offside and he also had a volley just wide, while Duk probably should have beaten Will Dennis with a close-range header.

Kilmarnock's best chance fell to Liam Donnelly, who forced Kelle Roos into a good save with a powerful header.

  9. goal

GOAL Hearts 0-1 Rangerspublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Abdallah Sima

    How easy is that?

A James Tavernier pass slices through the Hearts defence and Abdallah Sima beats them all for pace before taking a touch and sliding the ball past Zander Clark.

  10. HALF-TIME Celtic 2-0 Hibernianpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

The league leaders are well on top at the break.

It was the fast start Brendan Rodgers asked for as the ball hit off Oh Hyeon-gyu and ended up in the back of the net inside five minutes, before Matt O'Riley scored his eighth Premiership goal of the season with a fine header.

Hibs have been on the back foot for long spells but have managed to catch out the Celtic defence on a couple of occasions, with Jair Tavares seeing his effort blocked after sneaking in behind right at the end of the half.

  11. Postpublished at 20:33 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

This is a worry for Steven Robinson. Ryan Flynn is down and he's shaking his head, it looks like a hamstring injury. Ryan Strain has been ruled out for three months, so this begs the question - who will play right wing-back for St Mirren?

Conor McMenamin is the man who comes on as we enter six minutes of added time.

  12. Postpublished at 20:33 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

Jamie McGrath uses his body to put a Kilmarnock free kick out for a corner.

A few appeals from visiting players for a handball, but nothing doing.

  13. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:32 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

Danilo thinks he's opened the scoring for Rangers but the flag's up.

Abdallah Sima's shot is blocked before Todd Cantwell hits the rebound.

Danilo helps it over the line but he's a yard off.

  14. Postpublished at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 2-0 Hibernian

Hibs are all over the shop.

All in the space of a minute, there's another big chance for Matt O'Riley, a David Marshall save after a huge defensive mix-up and a goal-line clearance as Cameron Carter-Vickers tries to flick home the resulting corner.

    Somehow, it's still 2-0.

  15. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Aberdeen 0-0 Kilmarnock

Bojan Miovski heads in what he thought was his 12th goal of the season from Leighton Clarkson's free kick, but the flag goes up for offside.

VAR confirms the Dons striker has gone too early.

  16. GREAT SAVE!published at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

How on earth has that stayed out?!

Nathaniel Atkinson rolls one back for Lawrence Shankland, whose close-range effort at the near post is saved brilliantly by Rangers goalkeeper Jack Butland.

The rebound falls for Alex Cochrane to bury a volley into an empty net, but James Tavernier is there to make a huge block on the line.

Cochrane should surely score from there...

  17. Postpublished at 20:27 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 2-0 Hibernian

Joe Hart flapping a corner will give Celtic fans flashbacks to McDiarmid Park on Sunday.

This time, the hosts manage to clear their lines despite Rocky Bushiri making his presence felt.

  18. Postpublished at 20:26 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Celtic 2-0 Hibenian

Hibs pass up the chance to put in a rapid response.

A long ball falls perfectly into the path of Elie Youan, who tries to lift the ball over Joe Hart but the Celtic goalkeeper makes is out quickly, making himself big to keep it out, with the shot bouncing off his chest.

  19. Postpublished at 20:25 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    St Johnstone 0-0 St Mirren

Minor penalty shout for St Mirren as Greg Kiltie appears to be tripped in the box. Kevin Clancy is unmoved, as is VAR Alan Muir.

  20. Postpublished at 20:25 Greenwich Mean Time 6 December 2023

    Hearts 0-0 Rangers

Rangers put about a thousand passes together but Hearts keep their shape well.

The visitors can't find a killer ball.
