    We are under way again.

A capacity crowd at the Croud awaits a goal.

I fancy this one could end as a stalemate, but that's the last thing I should be telling you and I've just cursed that anyway.

    So expect goals!

No changes from Matt Taylor or Phil Parkinson yet.

Goalless at the break then - but God knows how!

Every set of home fans everywhere in the country has an 'open goal miss moment' they can still recount with horror, with their eyes closed while letting out a piercing scream… and Shrewsbury Town’s supporters have just had their own ‘Ronny Rosenthal’.

It really would have been easier for Tunmise Sobowale to score when he met Jordan Shipley’s cross two yards out but he somehow cleared the bar.

All around me, it went very quiet - and people are still shaking their heads in disbelief at half-time.

Shrewsbury have had all the chances - and have not taken them.

They could well be made to pay for that.

Wrexham have had to work hard to get to half time at 0-0 and they have rode their luck a little bit to do that as well, they've had moments but have not been of the quality.

If you are in a blue shirt now you're thinking you should be in front, Shrewsbury have had the best chances.

Will Shrewsbury rue their missed chances?

Wrexham have really struggled to create anything.

Wrexham aren't shy in putting the ball in behind today whether it's James McClean, George Evans or Tom O'Connor they are happy to put the ball in behind, Wrexham obviously feel there is going to be some space to be exploited there.
