    Egypt v Ghana (20:00 GMT)

Ghana are managed by former Republic of Ireland defender Chris Hughton.

The ex-Newcastle, Birmingham, Norwich, Brighton and Nottingham Forest manager had an angry confrontation with a fan at the team hotel after their opening loss.

"I very much appreciate the levels of support that I have had but in this press conference we are looking forward very much to the next game," Hughton said.

"It's something that is very much in the past, it's had a lot of media coverage so I thank everybody for messages of support but I think today is a day to look forward to a very competitive game that we have tomorrow.

"I am here as Black Stars coach, leading the team into what is a very important game and this is the only focus that I have."

Both of these sides could really do with a win today.

Egypt drew 2-2 with Mozambique in their opener, needing an injury-time Mohamed Salah penalty to do so, and Ghana suffered a surprise 2-1 defeat by Cape Verde.

However with three teams going through from four of the six groups, it's not time to panic yet.
