  1. Goodbye!published at 22:43 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

Well, we didn't get the answers that we sought tonight.

Barry Robson's future is still in question. Livingston's Scottish Premiership survival is still in doubt. Yan Dhanda's move to Hearts is still surrounded by confusion.

Consider the can well and truly kicked down the road.

But hey, we were entertained. We hope you enjoyed. See you at the weekend.

  2. Martindale praises players for fightbackpublished at 22:43 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Livingston 2-2 Ross County

Livingston manager David Martindale tells BBC Scotland: "It was too open for my liking, to be honest. I need to watch what I'm saying, I don't want to tell other managers what's going on.

"The plan wasn't to be open, but I can understand it. It took them scoring for the boys to settle down. There was tension, frustration, and anxiety there. We played good football, got a goal back.

"The second half, we were in the ascendancy. We had plenty opportunities to go on and win, and the boys have to take huge credit to come back from a losing position twice.

"Defensively, I don't know how I fix it. I've got three centre-backs all sitting injured."

  3. 'No panic' from Robsonpublished at 22:31 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee

Aberdeen manager Barry Robson tells BBC Scotland: "We looked a bit leggy tonight. We should have been 2-0 up at half-time, without playing really well.

"I'm frustrated for the players, they've put a lot into it. They're a big side, but we have to deal with that. What we can do is take our chances at the other end, but we didn't play sparklingly well but we had enough control and chances to make sure we won.

"The fans were very good tonight. Some of them can voice that frustration - that's football. But they were trying to will us on at the end.

"For me, the focus is on trying to win the game at the weekend. It's not about me. It's about the players, preparing them for the next game. There is no panic from me."

  4. Docherty praises Dundee mentality and culturepublished at 22:27 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee

Dundee manager Tony Docherty tells BBC Scotland: "We changed things at half time and I was really proud of the performance in the second half. It would have been the cherry on the cake if Owen Beck finishes that one but our second half performance probably merited a win.

"I have got huge belief in the group I have got. I was without eight players tonight and I think that just shows you the robustness and mentality of the squad I have got.

"I had six 21 and under players on the pitch at all times. You have got to give the players huge credit because they are giving me everything.

"The amount of last minute winners we have got, or scoring from a goal down, that is not by fluke, it is by design. I have got good, young, hungry players in the dressing room. There is a good culture. That winning mentality breeds, it becomes a habit."

  5. FULL-TIME Brora Rangers 1-3 Cove Rangerspublished at 22:23 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

The line-up of the Scottish Cup last 16 is complete with Cove Rangers setting up a fifth-round tie away to Kilmarnock on 10 February.

Mitch Megginson scored twice and set up Connor Scully for the third after Tony Dingwall had put Brora in front.

  6. More reaction to come...published at 22:22 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Livingston 2-2 Ross County

We are still waiting on reaction from David Martindale and Barry Robson.

Tony Docherty is next up. I imagine he's the happiest of the four managers tonight. He's getting plenty of praise just now on Sportsound - you can listen at the top of the page.

  7. goal

    Connor Scully

Connor Scully gets Cove Rangers' third on the night and they are now well on their way to meeting Kilmarnock in the Scottish Cup fifth round.

  8. County have to 'close it up and finish it off' - Adamspublished at 22:18 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Livingston 2-2 Ross County

Ross County manager Derek Adams tells BBC Scotland: "There were plenty of opportunities. We started well, controlled it, moved on from Saturday. We scored a fantastic goal, an outrageous finish to put us ahead. We could have gone further ahead but we didn't and allowed Livingston back in the game.

"That was difficult for us. Going in at 1-0 would have given us an advantage. The second half was a basketball match.

"We've got a young group. The average age on the pitch tonight was 24. You've got to undertsand the game, close it up and finish it off. With two minutes to go, we have to do better.

"We have one coming in, maybe two. It might not happen because of the timescale. That's how I see it finishing. It's been a good window for us."

  9. Dundee return a 'no-brainer' for Beckpublished at 22:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee

Dundee's Owen Beck tells BBC Scotland: "First half, we didn't start well. The gaffer came in at half-time and said what needed to be said. We changed a few things, and we came out raring to go. We were the better team second half.

"I'm made up to be back. I want to say thank you to the Dundee fans tonight because the reception I got was exceptional.

"I'm 21, and right now it's all about playing competitive games. I saw it as an opportunity to replicate what I did in the first half of the season. I had a chat [with Jurgen Klopp] and he said I'd made big steps, and I was progressing. It was a no-brainer to come back."

  11. goal

GOAL Brora Rangers 1-2 Cove Rangerspublished at 21:58 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    Mitch Megginson

Mitch Megginson's second of the night puts Cove Rangers in front for the first time in the tie.

That strike came in added time at the end of the first half of extra time.

  12. Aberdeen have lost solid defencepublished at 21:54 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee

    Willie Miller
Former Scotland international on BBC Sportsound

It's not just losing goals and not having clean sheets. Barry used to celebrate those things - clean sheets - and the defence had a togetherness.

That's how Robson built his success and got the job. I know it's different players, but at this time of the season, it should be better. They should be more organised.

  13. 'Worst I've seen Aberdeen'published at 21:50 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    FT: Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee

    Rory Loy
    Former Dundee striker on Sportsound

As the season progresses, the squad should be improving. I've covered plenty of Aberdeen games, but it's telling that that is the worst I've seen Aberdeen.

They lacked direction, the players didn't seem to know the instructions given to them. They stayed at one level all the way through.

Tony Docherty watched the first half, recognise what needed changed and did it. Barry Robson didn't.

  14. FULL-TIME Aberdeen 1-1 Dundeepublished at 21:46 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

Barry Robson marches defiantly down the touchline, but it is surely impossible to ignore the anger from the Aberdeen fans.

Another dismal performance, albeit this one ends in a draw. It could have been worse, had Owen Beck hit the target in the 94th minute.

Celtic and Rangers up next for the Dons. Will Robson be in charge to face the Old Firm?

The first real sign of discontent among the Aberdeen fans, many of whom are now making their feelings about Barry Robson very clear.

  16. Beck blows itpublished at 21:43 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

    Aberdeen 1-1 Dundee

What a chance! Owen Beck is back but he blows his big opportunity!

Shayden Morris loses the ball and it falls to an unmarked Beck who is into the box. He lashes the ball just wide, and he knows that should have been on target

  17. FULL-TIME Livingston 2-2 Ross Countypublished at 21:39 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

Not many would believe that this was one of the games of the season, but trust us. End-to-end football, pure entertainment, and late drama.

The sickener for both, is that they have to share the points. Both will feel they did more than enough to win.

County had the lead twice through Simon Murray, but they were pegged back on both occasions by a desperate Livingston.

When it all blows over, David Martindale will be happier with one point than none. Just don't ask him about the defending for County's second goal.

No further scoring so there will be extra time, and possibly penalties, to decide whether Brora Rangers or Cove Rangers face Kilmarnock in the Scottish Cup last 16.
