We have seen if Dundee United are off it in terms of their effort or work rate, it can be a long night for them.

But if they are all at it, they are a very difficult team to stop.

Jim Goodwin has managed to get that recipe and if Tony Watt is up for it, he is at the heart of it.

  8. 'Nothing will be decided tonight'published at 19:44 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February

Raith Rovers v Dundee United (19:45)

Dundee United manager Jim Goodwin tells BBC Scotland: "Regardless of what the result is here tonight, nothing is going to be decided.

"It is a huge game for both clubs, you can see that with the tickets sold.

"I would love to be standing here after the game with a seven-point cushion because that would make life a whole lot easier.

"Even if we do win the game, there will be no major celebrations in our dressing room, there is still a lot of football to be played."

Raith Rovers boss Ian Murray tells BBC Scotland: "I think frustration is the overriding factor for us.

"We have not played well in the last three or four games but there has not been a lot in them either.

"It has been a great season for us, we have to acknowledge that, we are really happy with where we are outwith the four or five games.

"We keep going, we know we have got good players. When you have got good players then the results will come, I have no doubt about that.

"The players have trained well this week and we are over our last defeat and ready to go."

  12. What's the pre-match mood?published at 19:34 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February

The pre-match words from both camps have all been about trying to alleviate pressure.

In fact, United boss Jim Goodwin attempted to push the pressure on to tonight's hosts.

Meanwhile, Rovers skipper Ross Matthews insists this meeting will not define the season, regardless of the outcome.

Hmm... I think it could, y'know.

  15. What does form say?published at 19:24 Greenwich Mean Time 16 February

Raith Rovers v Dundee Utd (19:45)

Five defeats on the bounce has threatened to end Raith's title hopes.

But with three of them coming in the league, coupled with United's sketchy form, they're still right in the mix.

United haven't managed to beat Rovers this season, with Ian Murray's side taking four points off Jim Goodwin's men.

If the hosts can take that tally to seven tonight, this title race will blow into life again.

There really isn't any downplaying this.

Another reminder we're watching the top two tonight. They're just four points apart.

    It's the definition of a six-pointer.

If United win, it's difficult to see Rovers making up that deficit. But if Raith get a victory...
