Baz: Spurs fan here….We are not the best team in the league but if we win this and beat Luton at home next then we’re only 5 points off the top with City and Arsenal playing each other. It’d be nice to be in the mix at least!

    Fulham v Tottenham (17:30 GMT)

    • Fulham have lost 14 of their past 16 Premier League games against Tottenham. They are without a win in nine, since a 1-0 victory at White Hart Lane in March 2013.
    • Spurs have won their past seven league games at Fulham, which is their joint-longest run of away league victories against an opponent (also two runs of seven against Aston Villa).
    • Only the current top five clubs and Newcastle United have won more Premier League home games than Fulham’s eight this season.
    • Only the current top three top-flight sides have scored more league goals this season than Tottenham (59). Their rate of 2.2 goals per game is their second highest in a Premier League campaign after 2016-17 (2.3).

If Spurs do end up proving Chris Sutton wrong with a win, they'll jump up to fourth having played the same number of matches as Aston Villa.

They were five points behind the Villains this time last week. Seven days are a long time in football.

  4. Johnson has 'already got great qualities'published at 17:16 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March

    Fulham v Tottenham (17:30 GMT)

Ange Postecoglou says Tottenham forward Brennan Johnson is "beginning to get the rewards" for his hard work and perseverance.

Brennan, who signed from Nottingham Forest last summer for £45m, has made 24 Premier League appearances and scored four goals.

"He's been great," said Postecoglou. "For a younger player that's the hardest area of the pitch to come in and make an impression because you're usually only judged by one thing and that's your goal involvements, and everything else in your game doesn't really register.

"Especially for a young person like Brennan, who has come into a big club with a significant transfer. I think he's handled it well at every juncture."

    Chris Sutton predictions

BBC Sport football expert Chris Sutton is making predictions for every Premier League game this season against a variety of guests.

For this weekend's games, he takes on Anna Friedberg and Emily Linden from alt-rock band Friedberg.

    Sutton's prediction: 2-2

I was wrong when I predicted Tottenham would lose at Aston Villa last week, but at the same time I did say that I would not be surprised if they did leave with the points.

This is another tough game for them, especially because they are without injured defender Micky van de Ven, which is a bit of a blow.

Fulham are always decent at home, and they have already got the better of Spurs at Craven Cottage this season, when they beat them on penalties in the Carabao Cup.

    Anna & Emily's prediction: 0-2

We've got plenty of room for your reaction to our two 3pmers, but I also want to hear from Fulham and Spurs fans.

I guess Tottenham fans will be seeing this as a banana skin to avoid. Can Fulham cause a shock?

    Fulham v Tottenham (17:30 GMT)

    Fulham

Fulham have made two changes for the visit of Tottenham to Craven Cottage.

Joao Palhinha is back in the starting line-up, having come off the bench last week following two games out.

He replaces Harrison Reed while Willian also comes in for Harry Wilson.

Raul Jimenez is fit enough for the bench after six games out with a hamstring injury.

Fulham XI: Leno (GK), Bassey, Adarabioyo, Pereira, Muniz, Willian, Castagne, Iwobi, Palhinha, Lukic, Robinson.

Subs: Rodak (GK), Tete, Reed, Jimenez, Wilson, Cairney, Traore, Ream, Cordova Reid.

    Tottenham

With Micky van de Ven out injured, January signing Radu-Matei Dragusin makes his first start for Tottenham.

That's the only change for Spurs from the 4-0 win at Aston Villa last week.

Richarlison is on the bench after three games out injured.

Tottenham XI: Vicario (GK), Dragusin, Son, Bissouma, Maddison, Romero, Kulusevski, Johnson, Porro, Sarr, Udogie.

Subs: Austin (GK), Skipp, Hojbjerg, Richarlison, Royal, Werner, Lo Celso, Bentancur, Davies.

    What a rollercoaster.

Two tense matches down at the bottom but a good afternoon for Burnley in the end.

We've got one more to go as Fulham host Tottenham at Craven Cottage. That match kicks off in just over 20 minutes.

Joe Rindl will take you through that one but stick around for all the reaction from Turf Moor and Kenilworth Road.

Burnley get all three points at Turf Moor. It's their first win in the Premier League in 2024. A huge result for Vincent Kompany's side.

Bryan Mbeumo's cross is kept alive by Keane Lewis-Potter but Burnley get it clear.

Skipper Josh Cullen is then fouled by Shandon Baptiste, who gets a yellow card, and that will surely be it.

Time to look past and stop blaming Nuno, the fact we can’t mark and defend set pieces is entirely on the players. Will end up in a managerial merry go round if Nuno is sacked and we are playing infinitely better football than under Cooper.

Arijanet Muric needs patching up a little as Ivan Toney's boot caught the top of his head. It will only delay the final whistle and the anxiety at Turf Moor is palpable.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 17:01 Greenwich Mean Time 16 March

    Burnley 2-1 Brentford

Ivan Toney slides in to try and win the ball and catches goalkeeper Arijanet Muric with the follow-through.

Muric writhes around in pain and Toney is shown a yellow card.

He had to go for it though.

This result is on Nuno again. Taking Wood, Origi and MGW off then trying to hold on to a 1-0 lead when we should be killing the game off. Nuno out.

    MAYHEM.

Brentford think they've found a late equaliser at Turf Moor but Ivan Toney is penalised for a foul on the keeper as it loops over their heads and into the far corner.

    Toney can't believe it!
