    Portsmouth sealing promotion to the Championship with a late win over Barnsley.

    Mansfield are up to League One, joining Wrexham and newly-crowned League Two champions Stockport.

    Forest Green have dropped out of the Football League.

    • Forest Green are relegated to the National League without kicking a ball because Colchester have beaten Grimsby 2-0 to go four points clear of the drop zone and eight clear of Steve Cotterill's side.

    Stockport have the title that they desperately wanted to go with their promotion to League One, a division Mansfield will join them in next season.

    Crawley came back into their game at home to Barrow to give themselves what could prove to be an important point, especially as Walsall found a late 2-1 winner to move within one point of the Sussex side.

    Forest Green are down without kicking a ball.

    The onus is on Sutton to get a result to close the four-point gap to Colchester, but they too could be relegated on Saturday if they don't do that.

    Grimsby are nearly over the line in terms of staying up, given their six-point gap to the drop zone.

    One thing Colchester have managed tonight though, is level up their goal difference to the Mariners.

    Portsmouth are back in the Championship and now cannot be caught, so Derby's sole focus will be on doing enough to hold off the automatic promotion charge of Bolton and Peterborough.

    The Robins see out nine minutes of stoppage time and seal a huge victory.

    Four games without a win they were sinking into League Two when Steve Seddon gave Burton the lead in first-half stoppage time.

    But Matt Taylor equalised just after the break.

    And Curtis Davies' first goal for two years, flicking in a header from a corner, has given Cheltenham a massive three points.

    The Gloucestershire club now just two points from safety with three games remaining - a game in hand on everyone around them.

    Burton are their cloest rivals and the Brewers have played a game more.

    Colchester go four points clear of the relegation zone with a clinical 2-0 win over Grimsby, but League Two's bottom side Forest Green are now eight points from safety with just two matches to go.

    That means they are relegated to the National League.

    Despite the defeat for Grimsby, they are six points clear and can make sure of their place in League Two for next season on Saturday.

    It's been 12 long seasons away but Pompey are finally back in the Championship!

    A dramatic victory sees them win League One and the fans flood onto the Fratton Park pitch.

    Devante Cole gave Barnsley a very early lead before Kusini Yengi quickly equalised.

    John McAtee put the Tykes back in front but it was his foul that gave Colby Bishop the chance to score from the spot to make it 2-2.

    And then Conor Shaughnessy headed home the winner with a minute remaining.

    Barnsley miss the chance to confirm their play-off spot.

    But Pompey are champions!

    Bolton are held at home and it's a blow to their automatic promotion hopes.

    Daniel Udoh gave the Shrews the lead before Cameron Jerome's goal just before the break drew Bolton level.

    But then then Jordan Shipley rifled in a superb strike to put Shrewsbury back in front.

    Paris Maghoma curled in a superb leveller but they couldn't find the winner.

    Bolton are three points behind Derby with two games remaining.

    Shrewsbury move six points above the drop zone. also with two to play.

    The draw means Portsmouth are promoted - but Pompey are taking care of their own business.
