'Everybody is devastated' - Montgomery

Hibernian manager Nick Montgomery tells BBC Scotland: "It's really hard to explain how that [late goal] happened but it's happened too many times to us this season, one shot on target and we concede from it.
"I think we could have had two or three goals today and the game could have been more than over way before that incident.
"Everybody is devastated in the dressing room, they put their heart and soul into the performance. We were 20 seconds away from still having a great chance to be in the top six, so we will have to reflect on that and move forward.
"I came in and the club was in a difficult position. I have done everything I possibly can.
"We brought in some very good players in January but as a club we have to reflect on the season.
"I have been here for three quarters of it and we can look back at all the things that have gone wrong and gone against us but we should have won the game today.
"I thought the boys were brave and played really well but we can only look back with regret now that we dropped too many points from games we should have won."

Aberdeen 'hurting right now' - Leven

Aberdeen interim manager Peter Leven tells BBC Sportsound: "The biggest game of two halves I've ever seen. Started really well, on the front foot. But I turned round to the bench and said 'we need to score when we're on top here'.
"Really happy with the first half, just needed to score. They went after in the second half, we couldn't get out and needed more composure. Really disappointed with the second half.
"We should be up there in the top six, challenging for Europe. We're hurting right now, but it's a good clean sheet. If you can't win, don't lose it.
[On whether he knows what his future is] "Not yet. That will be clearer early next week. I've said if they need me, I'll step up. I've loved my time here. We'll have that discussion."

'A good feeling' for Dee's Docherty

Dundee manager Tony Docherty tells BBC Sportsound: "Enormously proud of the group of players. It speaks volumes of that group. I'm lucky, the way they work every day, the conscientious nature of how they apply themselves. They got their reward today.
"It's a good feeling to achieve that as the newly-promoted club. There were 17 of these players making their Premiership debut, 11 are under 21. For them to put the shoulder to the wheel all season, they deserve every plaudit coming their way.
"It's a big achievement, but it's for other people to judge. I've had great support from my staff, they work so hard every day. The support from John Nelms and Gordon has been fantastic as well.
"I had a great deal of satisfaction when that final whistle went. All I said at the start of the season was I wanted to be competitive in every match. We've been that and more."

Kettlewell sets sights on seventh place

Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell tells BBC Scotland: "I think you saw from both sets of players how much it meant to them, what was a stake today.
"I won't try and tell you it was a classic game of football but I thought we poured everything we could into it.
I want better quality but the thing that makes me proud is that the players gave it everything until the final whistle. I'm a little bit disappointed we came up short but I can never question my players' desire.
"The task becomes very simple now, we want to try and finish top of the bottom six.
"We have to suck it up and take it, as much as it hurts right now, we did give ourselves a chance and the players will pick themselves back up."
Rodgers hails 'outstanding' second half

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers insists he said "nothing overboard" at the break as his side put behind them a poor first half to overpower St Mirren.
"I just felt that in the first half we were a bit passive in our pressing and counter pressing," he tells BBC Scotland.
"We didn't keep the ball well enough to combine and sustain the attack.
"It was just about maintaining the patience and speed of the game and, once we get the goal early in the second half - great combinations and finish from Reo - these types of games, when the opposition is tight and compact, the first goal is critical.
"The players were outstanding for the remainder. It is a huge credit to the players. Everything started to connect much better and cleaner."

Super second half seals it for Celtic

This was a little Jekyll and Hyde from Celtic but the champions sent their fans home very happy after a super second half display made them forget all about the lethargy and lack of quality in the first.
Three good goals, plenty of other chances; creativity, verve, energy, clinical finishing. The second half had it all for Celtic, who'll happily draw a discreet veil over the first.
It brings things to the boil very nicely for Brendan Rodgers' men: a four point lead at the top of the table tonight and a full week to prepare for a Scottish Cup semi-final with Aberdeen.
As for St Mirren: a tale of two halves, pretty much like Celtic.
They were sharp, disciplined and organised in the first half and easily repelled everything Celtic threw at them. They were dangerous on the break, too. They had no answer, however, to Celtic upping the tempo after the break.
