So it is Romain Grosjean who finishes with the fastest time of the week, but that was set on supersoft tyres, meaning Nico Rosberg's 1:24.321 on medium tyres today was arguably the lap of the week, capping another impressive day for Mercedes.

Into the final few minutes and we have another red flag, with the Sauber of Felipe Nasr at a standstill at Turn Six.

Romain Grosjean has the fastest lap of the day, will he look to improve on that? No, Lotus confirms his testing for today is done.

We've not seen this chap for a while - Sebastian Vettel. He finally re-emerges in the Ferrrari with 15 minutes.

Nico Rosberg is back out on medium tyres and he shaves a couple of tenths off his previous best, clocking 1:24.321 to leave him just two tenths slower than Romain Grosjean's leading time.

F1 journalist Dan Knutson in Barcelona: "The transporters will be staying put in the paddock as there are only three days between now and the next test here at the Circuit de Catalunya.

"The season starts with four flyaway races - Australia, Malaysia, China and Bahrain - so the next time the transporters will appear will be here in May at the Spanish Grand Prix which is the first race of the European season."
