  1. 'I don't dislike Kvyat'published at 13:35 British Summer Time 1 May 2016

Ferrari's Sebastian Vettel has just spoken to Radio 5 live's Jennie Gow and has calmed down somewhat, thankfully. No need to asterix these quotes.

However, he's, unsuprisingly, not happy with Daniil Kvyat.

He said: "These things happen obviously but it's harsh. The race is very long; you can make progress on the first lap but you can also end your race.

"It was not my fault - there was nothing I would do differently.

"I don't dislike him. I think he did a mistake two weeks ago and I think he did a mistake today."

Where does Bottas reappear? He manages to just re-enter in front of Romain Grosjean, so is seventh.

Bottas disappears into the pits, giving Lewis Hamilton some clean air in front of him to try and close that 13-second gap to Rosberg.

A note on the Red Bulls, who slapped on a set of mediums when they pitted during the safety car period.

That will mean they're hoping to stay on track for the entirety of this race.

Ricciardo is 13th, Kvyat last. Gutierrez has also gone down that route.

Rosberg has opened up a 12-second lead over Bottas. Clean air, no battles - it's looking like a relaxing Sunday afternoon for the German.

Roshan Patra: Someone please slap a ban on Kvyat!!!! He really needs some punishment. He is worse than a rookie.

Adeel Ejaz: Is Kvyat just Maldonado in disguise?

    Owen Lake: Who needs Maldonado.

I thought Vettel was a bit harsh on Kvyat in China, when he blamed the Russian for his collision with Raikkonen. It was almost like the German was making out who was boss.

I think Vettel might blow a gasket this weekend though.

For Daniil Kvyat to have hit Vettel twice in the same race, there are going to be strong words between the German and the Russian.

  18. Kvyat 10-second punishmentpublished at 13:21 British Summer Time 1 May 2016

Confusion as Kvyat goes into the pits. Is his race over?

No, it turns out he has a 10-second stop and go punishment. And he's back out dead last.

That is the wonderful thing about Lewis - he is so impetuous. He caught Kimi Raikkonen napping there.
