Very disappointed in Valtteri Bottas so far. He's had two opportunities to take the lead of this race and he hasn't been able to convert either of them.

Replays of the start show Kevin Magnussen, Stoffel Vandoorne and Daniel Ricciardo all coming together as things got tight at the first corner.

The latter two were the big losers from it with their races over but Daniel Ricciardo is still going. He's dead last, though.

The safety car is still circulating as debris from the Esteban Ocon and Romain Grosjean clash is cleared.

Up until this point, Bottas has done everything expected of him. He made a good getaway and I'm surprised Vettel made a better getaway but the grand prix is not over.

Stoffel Vandoorne has one heck of a long walk back to the paddock but it's worse for Esteban Ocon, who is stranded inside the circuit.

Two of the three Frenchman might be out on the spot. This is great news for Lewis Hamilton - it will bunch everyone up.

One of the McLarens is out... it's Stoffel Vandoorne. It looks like Kevin Magnussen's race is over with his Haas having come to a stop.

I wonder if they were involved in the incident that led to Daniel Ricciardo spinning?

Inch-perfect start from Vettel. He wasn't even on the grippy side of the grid.
