Verstappen is done. There's four minutes left, you need two minutes to do a lap, and he's not even got his helmet on.
Romain Grosjean is 14th, which if he stays there would mean Max Verstappen starts tomorrow right at the back.
"I got screwed, I got screwed, I'll push again."
Sebastian Vettel is the latest driver to hit traffic on a quick lap.
Renault are looking good. Carlos Sainz eighth and Nico Hulkenberg 10th.
Sergey Sirotkin, without a point this season, is currently sixth. A much, much needed boost for Williams.

This traffic is crazy, worse than I've seen for years.
Good news for Fernando Alonso and McLaren. They are fifth and that should be good enough for Q2. Stoffel Vandoorne is seventh so he may be advancing too.
Ricciardo, Vettel, Hamilton and Raikkonen are the top four. Bottas only 13th with work to do.
Hartley, Ericsson, Stroll, Magnussen and Verstappen heading out in Q1 as it stands.
"The Mercedes blocked me completely," says a furious Kimi Raikkonen.
"The second head rest is loose," says a worried Lance Stroll.

I've just spoken to the Red Bull team now and they say it is now a doubt over whether Verstappen will get out.
Daniel Ricciardo is fastest in sector one, but then hampered a bit in sector two. Still, it is a time of 1:12.769 for an early advantage.
Sergey Sirotkin fourth at the moment in his Williams, but still 13 minutes to go so all the times will be severely trimmed.
So can anyone stop Daniel Ricciardo? Fastest in sessions one, two and three. He has finished second and third in the last two years.
Is 2018 his year?
