"I feel like I'm running out of power."
Ooh, look what you made me do...
Lap 32/71
You may have read this week that Lewis Hamilton has recorded a track with Christina Aguilera on her new album. If he suffers much more angst out there, he'll be able to record one with Taylor Swift soon...
Lap 31/71
An extremely unhappy Lewis Hamilton: "I'm fourth now!"
Mercedes: "That is totally on us, sorry."
Hamilton: "I want to say something, but leave me to it."
Lap 30/71
OK, so what does this mean for the Red Bulls now? Daniel Ricciardo and Max Verstappen were not best of friends after qualifying yesterday - with the Australian complaining that he was having to drive out in front, allowing the Dutchman to slipstream and pick up quicker times.
They looked all smiles this morning - but now there's a Grand Prix win at stake, will that last?
Lap 28/71
Lap 27/71
Hamilton was actually on the team radio just before that saying that his tyres were over-heating. Max Verstappen had been told by the Red Bull team radio that Hamilton was going to go long before pitting - but not so.

Scratch that. Hamilton comes into pit now...
Lap 24/71
Well there we are - that's what went wrong for Mercedes during the Virtual Safety Car period. Lewis Hamilton is going to have to put his foot down and build up as big an advantage as he can. And then keep his fingers crossed.
Mercedes: "So we did lose out on the VSC - we need to find eight seconds."
Lewis Hamilton: "How did we miss that? I have no time on these tyres."
Mercedes' chief strategist James Vowles: "It is my mistake, just give us what you can."

We could be looking at a Red Bull one-two after Hamilton has pitted, with Ricciardo acting as a rear gunner for Verstappen, if he is willing to do so after yesterday.
Lap 22/71
Daniel Ricciardo eases past Kimi Raikkonen to go third, and set a fastest lap of 1:08.201. Only two drivers have won a grand prix on their birthday - James Hunt, in the Netherlands in 1976, and Jean Alesi in Canada in 1995. Could Ricciardo get his perfect present yet?

Will Hamilton regret not pitting there, I wonder? He still leads, but that has really thrown this race up in the air.
Lap 18/71
What a miserable day for Valtteri Bottas. Listen to BBC Radio 5 live sports extra commentary as Bottas dropped from first to fourth, and then got back to second on the opening lap.
But his race was done by Lap 14.

This is bad, bad news for Mercedes as everyone else has pitted, but Hamilton has not.
Lap 17/71
The Virtual Safety Car is removed, and Sebastian Vettel eases past Kevin Magnussen, who doesn't put up much of a fight. Vettel is up to fifth.
